Shri Bindas Kitchen is located on K.C. Dey Road in Chittagong city. It is a traditional Hindu vegetarian restaurant. It is one of the most famous Hindu hotels in Chittagong city. Since its establishment, Shri Bindas Kitchen has become a reliable hotel for Hindu customers for generations. Food is provided to customers in this kitchen from 8.00 am to 11 pm. This kitchen has now become a symbol of trust of Hindu people in providing regular vegetarian food.

Shree Bindas Kitchen is basically a two-storey building. As soon as you enter, you will see the employees frying luchi and paratha on one side of the front of the shop. Inside the shop, there are seats for customers on both the ground floor and the second floor. Although the ground floor does not have air conditioning, the upper floor is fully air-conditioned and under CCTV cameras.

On one side of the second floor is the kitchen and on the other side there is a place for food and seating for customers. If someone wants, they can enter the kitchen and see the food according to their menu and order the food of their choice from there.

All the food available in this hotel is for vegetarians. There are some special dishes in this hotel, out of which the one I liked the most is Kashmiri Rejala. I have never eaten Rejala before. For the first time I tasted Kashmiri Rejala in this hotel and I liked its taste very much. The luchis of this hotel, fried hot, are quite fluffy and soft. Which is very delicious to eat.

I found the food experience at this hotel to be positive. However, I have some reservations about the cleanliness of this hotel. Although this Hindu vegetarian hotel usually does not admit people of other religions. I also felt a little uncomfortable at the beginning of entering the hotel. But after entering inside, the behavior of the hotel's internal staff (the gentlemen) made me feel quite comfortable. When I finally left, they asked me about the taste of their Kashmiri Rezala which I had tried. I felt that they were quite happy that I had given a positive review.)))
