What kind of Food Culture Journey have you visited? Briefly introduce yourself.

I have always been a little interested in food culture and tradition. Whenever I go to a new city, market or village, the first thing I do is look for the old food shops of that area, the taste of sweets and the stories created around the people's food. Recently, I experienced such a beautiful food culture journey by visiting Trishna Mishtanna Bhandar. The place is not just a sweet shop, but a wonderful meeting place for the passion, hospitality and traditional tastes of the local people.

As soon as I entered the shop, the smell of fresh channa and the sweet aroma of freshly made hot sweets were wafting around. Various types of local sweets were arranged rasgolla, black jam, chamcham, sandesh, curd and various types of mawa sweets. There was a touch of homely taste in each dish, which is rarely found in the crowd of modern fast food culture these days. The atmosphere of the shop was clean and quite cordial.

This shop is not just a place to buy sweets for the locals, but a familiar name for many years of taste and passion. As soon as you enter the shop, you will see rows of different types of local sweets, each of which carries a different identity with its own taste and quality.Among the most popular dishes are the soft and juicy rasgolla. Each rasgolla was made of fresh chickpeas, in which the sweet juice was beautifully mixed.

The feeling of melting like a soft sponge when you put it in your mouth is truly amazing. Along with this, black jam was also one of the attractions of the shop. The combination of a light hard outer layer and a soft inner part gave the taste of black jam a deep and traditional taste.Chamchom was another special sweet that many customers like. The mixture of light mawa on top and sweet juice inside made the chamchom even more tempting.

As a curious explorer, my time at Trishna Mishtanna Bhandar was a truly unique experience. Whenever I go to a new place, I always try to understand the atmosphere, people's behavior, traditions, and stories behind the food, not just the food. From the moment I entered this shop, I felt like I was not just standing in a sweet shop, but a living part of the old food culture of Bengal.Standing in front of the shop, I could see a crowd of people and a kind of satisfied smile on everyone's face.

As soon as I entered, the sweet aroma of hot rasgolla and the scent of fresh channa made the whole atmosphere different. Although the employees were very busy, their behavior was sincere and polite. When I asked about the different types of sweets, they patiently talked about the characteristics and popularity of each sweet. It seemed that they were proud of not only the sales, but also their tradition.
