Heartfelt greetings to all my beloved Steemians. I hope everyone is enjoying a wonderful day filled with happiness. Today I feel excited to take part in this amazing food challenge organized by the respected @selina1. I thanks to her for giving us this wonderful challenge to showcase my homemade recipes and culinary creativity. For this challenge I prepared a flavorful fried chicken. Using the simple ingredients and a lot of love. I created a meal that is both delicious and aromatic. May Allah bless all the admins and members of the Steemit For LifeStyle community with success, good health and endless joy.

The Ingredients Which I Used For This :

3All Purpose Flour
4Red Chilli Powder
5Red Chilli Flakes
6Soya Sauce Two Tablespoon
7Chili Sauce Two Tablespoon
8White Vinegar One Tablespoon
9Garlic Paste
10Black Pepper Powder
11Salt As Taste

Procedure :

Step 1:

First I take a clean spacious bowl. I add the sausages to the bowl. I pour in two tablespoons each of soy sauce, chili sauce and vinegar. Then I sprinkle in the spices red chili flakes and black pepper powder. I mix everything thoroughly so that the sausages are well mix with the flavors.

Step 2:

After adding the spices. I mix everything very well to combine the flavors thoroughly. When the sausages are well mixed with the spices and the milk. Then I pour in ½ cup of milk. The milk will enhance the marinade. It making the chicken juicy and tender. I mix everything carefully so that the milk blends perfectly with the marinade. The chicken absorbs all the flavors. Then I cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for three to four hours to allow the chicken to marinate thoroughly. Guys this time helps the flavors penetrate the chicken.

Step 3:

Guys after the four hours of the marination. It was time to prepare the chicken for cooking. I take a bowl. Idd all purpose flour (maida). To this I add the red chili flakes, red chili powder, salt (to taste) and sesame seeds. I mix everything thoroughly to combine the ingredients evenly. When mixed this flour-spice mixture is ready. The marinated chicken pieces can now be coated with it for cooking.

Step 4:

In a pan I add ghee. I let it heat properly. Guys then I take the marinated chicken pieces. I dip them thoroughly in the flour spice mixture prepared earlier. After coating I add the coated chicken in water. Then I coat it again with the flour. Guys this coating technique ensures. That the chicken pieces turn out extra crispy and crunchy when cooked.

Step 5:

When the ghee was properly heated. I carefully added the coated chicken pieces into the pan. I fry them for two minutes on medium flame to lightly sear the outside. After that I reduce the flame to low. I let the chicken cook thoroughly. When one side is properly cooked. I flip the pieces to cook the other side. This ensures that the chicken turns out fried nicely. The crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Step 6:

Crispy on the outside juicy on the inside. My homemade fried chicken is ready to enjoy.

༻꧂✅ 2. Do you think homemade fried chicken is healthier than buying it from outside? Why?༻꧂

Yes guys I strongly believe that the homemade fried chicken is healthier than buying it from the outside. When I prepare the fried chicken at home. I have full control over the quality of ingredients, the amount of oil and the level of spices used right guys. We can choose fresh chicken good quality oil. We can avoid harmful additives, preservatives, and artificial flavors that are often used in restaurant.
At home we can also maintain proper hygiene. We cook the chicken at the right temperature. It reduces health risks. Another important point is that homemade food is usually cooked in clean oil. Whereas outside food is often fried in reused oil. It can be harmful to health. Moreover we can adjust the recipe according to our dietary needs like using less salt or mild spices.
Overall the homemade fried chicken is not only healthier but also safer, fresher and made with love. It makes it a better choice than outside fast food.

༻꧂✅ 3. Are the effects of eating fried chicken regularly good or bad?༻꧂

Well guys the effects of eating the fried chicken regularly are generally bad for the health. It is especially when consumed in the excess. The fried chicken contains a high amount of oil, unhealthy fats and calories guys. It can lead to weight gain, obesity. It increased the risk of heart diseases. The regular intake may also raise cholesterol levels and blood pressure. It increasing the chances of cardiovascular problems.
Moreover the fried foods are often hard to digest. It can cause digestive issues such as acidity and bloating. If the fried chicken is prepared using reused low quality oil. It contain harmful compounds. It negatively affect the long term health.
However eating the fried chicken occasionally especially when prepared at home with good quality ingredients and proper cooking methods is not harmful. Moderation is the key guys. Maintaining a balanced diet and the limiting fried foods is essential for a healthy lifestyle.
