Prepare the Chicken Kebab recipe step by step and describe the detailed procedure with pictures. Must use your own pictures.
So friends, without further ado, let's move straight to the recipe. I will share with you the process of how I made it step by step--
Ingredients required:
Chicken Meat-300 grams
Chola Dhal- 200 gram
2 chopped onions
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Garlic paste - 2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Chopped green chillies - as per your taste
Chopped coriander leaves
Lemon juice
A little red chilli powder
Coriander powder, cumin powder - a little
Garam masala - 2 tsp
Egg - 1
Cornflour - 5 tsp
Preparation method:
In the first step--
As you can see, first I soaked the chickpeas. I washed them clean, and then I took the meat and also the chickpeas. I also took salt and added chopped onion and chopped ginger, and garlic paste.
In the second step--
I added the dry ingredients. I also added the green chilies. I mixed all the ingredients.
Now you can see that I have cooked it for a while. When the water dries up, I will turn off the stove.
When it cools down, add all the ingredients one by one to a plate. I added chopped onion here. I also added coriander leaves. I also added lemon juice. I added a few green chillies. I added spiciness as per one's preference.
Now add an egg and some mild spices. Blend everything in a blender.
I mixed it well with cornflour in a blender. I also made it into round shapes and fried it in a frying pan on the stove.
You have to fry it on medium heat for a while to make it perfect. I flipped it over and fried it well.
