SLC-S29/W3-Mind & Learn : The Psychology Journey "Anger Control"
Hello dear friends,
Today, I have come to participate in the first week of the Steemit Challenge SLC-S29/W3, organized by the Honorable teacher @memamun brother. He brings extra ordinary challenge whose name is "Mind & Learn : The Psychology Journey "Anger Control". I feel proud to participate in this challenge.
Describe your techniques for controlling anger and emotions. What is your reaction in that moment when you get excessively angry? |

We lose control over ourselves and express anger for various reasons. Due to anger, we behave badly even with people we know well. Again, due to anger, many times, terrible incidents like suicide also happen. So, we have to control our anger and emotions. To control anger or emotions, we have to resort to some techniques, below I am mentioning some techniques.
- Before showing any reaction, we should take a break for some time and think carefully.
- By diverting our mind from the reason for which we need to control anger or emotions for some time, there is a possibility of reducing the level of anger.
- To control anger, we can resort to light exercises such as breathing in slowly and focusing on exhaling through the mouth. As a result, it calms the body and mind, and anger comes under control.
- To control anger, we take the help of meditation and tell our mind-
- "I am angry because I have been hurt, disrespected."- This message helps a lot in calming the mind and reduces anger.
- Getting away from the source of anger can help reduce the anger.
When I get too angry, here are my reactions -
- I usually try to stay quiet instead of shouting.
- I try to divert my attention for a while.
- I try to get away from the source of anger.
- I try to read a book or do something relaxing for a while.
- I try to find out if I have done anything wrong.
Perform a progressive muscle relaxation exercise, record a video, and write in detail how effective it is for you |

I work in a private organization. I have to do monotonous work every day. That is why I feel bored. Even today, I feel bored while working for various reasons and anger arises from there. Then I do muscle relaxation exercises as instructed by the respected organizer.
As soon as I start doing the exercise, my attention shifts from work to the exercise. The monotony of work goes away a lot, and my mind becomes cheerful. The anger accumulated in my mind goes away. I feel a lot of comfort.
I could not do the exercise for a long time because I was in the office, but still I felt a lot of comfort, I gained peace of mind. Thank you, @Memamun brother, and also thanks to Steemit.
Now I submit a short video of the progressive muscle relaxation exercise-
There will be a short story, read the story and express your own thoughts. |

Anger is a terrible disease. Due to excessive anger, people often lose control over themselves. They do terrible things without their knowledge. Like the main character of this story, Mr. Dipak, does.
Mr. Dipak-
Mr. Dipak is a successful man who is successful in his job. His social and economic situation is also very good. Everyone can become a successful person like him. He becomes completely different inside the house. He beats and beats everything in anger.
Maybe there is some unrest in the family, maybe there is a misunderstanding between the husband and wife, maybe there is a difference of opinion, and then they are two husband and wife. Mr. Dipak killed his wife out of anger; this cannot be forgiven in any way.
Although he regretted killing his wife and reported it to the police, these can still be considered as minor acts. Anger is his main enemy, which he could not control or did not try to control. So I will call him the main culprit.
Mr. Dipak's wife-
Although she is tortured, she should have tried to control her husband's anger. When he is not angry, she should have taken him to a mental doctor for consultation. Find out the reason for this anger. But she did not do that; she had to pay the price with her life.
Mr. Dipak's children -
Although children do not have the right to speak in front of their parents, it reaches the level of rudeness when the father makes a lot of mistakes, as a child, they should explain to the father, and they should try to create an environment where the father does not get angry. But the children did not play any role here, but rather spread a negative influence in the school. The father's anger is spreading among the children as well. This will probably increase day by day.
The death of their mother has had a more negative impact on them. They should seek medical advice on this matter now, which they have not started yet.
