Hello dear friends,

How are you all? I hope you are well. I am also fine by the grace of Allah. Today, I have come to participate in the fifth week of the Steemit Challenge SLC-S28/W5, organized by the Honorable teacher @jimiaera02 ma'am. She has brought us a delicious food, whose name is "Sheek Kebab". I feel proud to participate in this challenge.

Prepare the Sheek Kebab recipe step by step and describe the detailed procedure with pictures. Must use your own pictures.

Today I am going to make a delicious Sheek Kebab as per the instructions of respected teacher @jimiaera02. Before starting to make the delicious sheek kebab, I would like to introduce its ingredients. Below, I am presenting its ingredients.

Ginger paste1 tsp
Garlic paste1 tsp
Soy sauce2 tbsp
White vinegar2 tbsp
Cornflower2 tbsp
Flour1 tbsp
Chili powder2 tbsp
Turmeric powder1 tsp
Coriander powder1 tsp
Cumin powder1 tsp
Black pepper1 tsp
SaltAs taste
Cooking oilas needed

Using the above ingredients, I am now starting to make a delicious sheek kebab. Below, I am presenting the kebab tutorial

Tutorials of the Delicious Sheek Kebab

🍲Step 1:-

  • First, I wash the chicken meat well with clean water and put it in a bowl.
  • Then add 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon chili powder, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder and 1 teaspoon flour.

🍲Step 2:-

  • After putting all the items in a bowl, mix them with your hands and leave them for an hour.

🍲Step 3:-

  • After an hour has passed, I add chopped tomatoes, capsicum, carrots, and onions to it. Tomatoes, capsicum, carrots, and onions should be made into such a size that they are the size of chicken meat.

🍲Step 4:-

  • Now I mix all the items, and I add a teaspoon of corn flour to the mixed items and mix it well with the meat mixture.

🍲Step 5:-

  • After preparing all the ingredients for making sheek kebab, I take some wooden skewers. I put the meat, capsicum, carrots, tomatoes, and onions one by one inside the sheek.
  • In this way, I make 6 sheeks and arrange them on a plate.

🍲Step 6:-

  • Now I take a frying pan, add enough soybean oil to fry the sheek kebabs in the pan.
  • I wait until the oil is hot enough, then I put the sheek kebab sticks one by one in the pan.

🍲Step 7:-

  • I fry the sticks in the hot oil. When one side is fried, I turn the sticks over and fry the other side too.

🍲Step 8:-

  • Now I spread tissue paper on a plate. Then I arrange the fried sheek kebabs on the plate.
  • With that, I finish the recipe.

In the second step, I present the Sheek Kebabs with cucumber, tomato, and carrot. Because carrots are very delicious with cucumber and tomato.

In the third step, I write the name of the Steemit Challenge on a piece of paper and present it.

Sheek Kebabs and tomato sauce seem to complement each other. So I show the presence of tomato sauce to get the full flavor of Sheek Kebabs.

Finally, I upload a picture with the Sheek Kebabs I made.

I have been involved in cooking for a long time. I have a lot of fun while cooking. Sometimes I make interesting food for my children. Even then, I made Sheek Kebab at home for the first time as a challenge. It was a wonderful experience. My children were around me. The atmosphere of the house was wonderful. My family bond has also strengthened while making Sheek Kebab.

I felt a little challenged while making Sheek Kebab. Although all the ingredients for making kebab were in the house, there were no three types of capsicum. I went to the vegetable market. Although I found green capsicum there, I could not find yellow and red capsicum. I checked every shop but could not find it anywhere. In the end, I was forced to make Sheek Kebab with green capsicum. Apart from that, I did not feel any challenge; my previous cooking experience and the excellent tutorial of respected teacher @jimiaera02 help me a lot in making Sheek Kebab.
