Hello dear friends,
How are you all? I hope you are well. I am also fine by the grace of Allah. Today, I have come to participate in the first week of the Steemit Challenge SLC-S30/W1, organized by the Honorable organizer @max-pro sir. He has brought a wonderful and thoughtful challenge, whose name is "24 Hours Travel Reporter : Tourist Attraction Spot."I feel proud to participate in this challenge.
What kind of tourist attraction spot have you visited? Briefly introduce it. |
|---|
Today, I have arrived at Doleshwar Boat Terminal, located on the banks of the Buriganga River, known as the lifeblood of the capital, Dhaka. Dhaleswar Kheya Ghat connects the residents of both banks of the river to one point. Today I will visit this Kheya Ghat and set a pin in Steem-Atlas.
The historic Buriganga River flows in front of Doleshwar Boat Terminal. According to historians, the city of Dhaka was founded on the banks of the Buriganga River. They also believe that without the Buriganga River, Dhaka would not have been born. Therefore, the Buriganga River is deeply intertwined with the history of Dhaka. The Buriganga River is not only famous for its origin in Dhaka city, but it has also brought together the residents of both banks of the river. On one side of the river is the urban area, where all the facilities of the city are available, while on the other side of the river is a beautiful rural environment, where green gatherings can be found. The Buriganga River has brought together two different religious environments and the lifestyle and culture of the people here.

The Buriganga River is very calm. Along the river is the Doleshwar Boat Terminal. The Ghat is paved. There are many paved stairs to climb up from the river. The stairs are not only used for commuting, but you can also enjoy the beauty of the river sitting here. Nature lovers sit here and enjoy the beauty of the river.
There are always boats reserved for people to cross the DDoleshwar Boat Terminal . There are some big boats, which are powered by engines. There are also small dinghy boats. Nature lovers travel the river in these boats.

Doleshwar Boat Terminal is also equally popular because of the historical Buriganga River. Domestic and foreign tourists come here to visit this river. They travel by boat in small boats and enjoy the beauty of the Buriganga River, a witness to history.
Once upon a time, the water of the Buriganga River was crystal clear, and the ghat was noisy. People used to sit on the ghat all the time to enjoy the beauty of the river. Now, although that beauty has diminished a lot, nature lovers come to Dhaleswar Ghat.

To go from one end of the ghat to the other, you have to pay a fare of 5.00 taka. Again, many people take a boat trip with a boat rental. Then the boatman has to pay an hourly rate, which is 200 taka per hour.

Dhaleshwar Ghat has brought people from two regions together, and people can reach their destination in a short time. Moreover, many entertainment options are available here.
Overall, Dhaleshwar Ghat has gained popularity as an important ghat.
How were the services and activities, both inside and outside? (With pictures + prices, videos) |

Doleshwar Boat Terminal, located on the banks of the Buriganga River, is an important ghat. The ghat brings together the residents of both banks of the river. Dhaleshwar Ghat has a paved staircase that comes up from the riverbed. After climbing the stairs, a huge field is visible. Teenagers play in the field most of the time as they naturally do. There are several food shops next to the ghat. Light food is available in these shops. Visitors who come here collect nuts, chanachoor, or cold food from these shops.
The prices of the food are also very low. It can be said that food is sold here at a reasonable price.

Now I am presenting a short video on Doleshwar Boat Terminal.
What was the demand for visitors like during the morning, afternoon or evening?- |
|---|
My house is very close to Doleshwar Boat Terminal. I come to this ghat now and then to enjoy the beauty of nature. I have always seen a crowd of visitors here. However, it is noteworthy that at different times, the crowd of different categories of visitors is noticeable here. For example, in the first part of the day, a crowd of students and young generations can be seen. They come here to enjoy the beauty of the river along with their school. Apart from this, they also come here to relieve physical fatigue.
In the afternoon, the presence of the general public can be seen here. At that time, many students, along with their family members, came here. And enjoy the fresh air.
At night, working people can usually be seen here. They come here with tired bodies after working all day. They chose Dhaleswar Ghat to relieve their fatigue in the open air of nature.
All in all, Dhaleswar Ghat is the center of many activities for people.

What did you learn or how did you feel from this 24-hour experience?- |
|---|
I often visit Doleshwar Boat Terminal. The Ghat attracts me like a magnet. If I don't take a little rest while coming and going here, my mind will remain dissatisfied. I believe I have a lot to learn from here. For example-
It has been built on the banks of the Buriganga River, and it is our life because Bangladesh is a riverine country. Doleshwar Boat Terminal is a shining example of how a river can change a country's culture.
I also see how the Doleshwar Boat Terminal can be a center of entertainment for us.
People can wander around at this ghat to their heart's content, forgetting jealousy or hatred, so I can also call this ghat a place that creates a sense of brotherhood.
