Today, I have come to participate in the first week of the Steemit Challenge SLC-S30/W2, organized by the Honorable organizer @max-pro sir. What kind of famous food places have you been to? Briefly introduce it.

Today, I visited Maria Restaurant and Kebab, located in Postogola, the capital of Dhaka. This is one of the popular restaurants in Postogola. Today, I will visit Maria Restaurant and Kebab, and pin it on the steam-atlas Map.
Maria Restaurant and Kebab is located next to the Buriganga Bridge. On one side is Postogola Cantonment and Buriganga Bridge, and on the other side is the city of Bestam, Jurain, and Archangel Gate. The city of Bestam is all around the restaurant, and the restaurant is also located next to the main road. All in all, the location of Maria Restaurant is located in a great place, so the restaurant has a very good business.

Maria Restaurant and Kebab has been operating in this area for a long time. They have been in business for more than 15+ years. The restaurant is equally popular with everyone for its quality, tasty food, and unadulterated cooking.
The restaurant is also quite large in size. More than 100 people can sit and eat comfortably at the same time. There are enough waiters to serve the customers who come here; they are on duty here in two shifts. The restaurant is open to the public every day from 6.00 am to 12.00 pm. Three types of food are prepared for the three times of the day, morning, noon, and night. This restaurant, which is popular for fresh food every day, does not compromise on food. If there is any food left at the end of the day, everyone in the restaurant eats it, but no stale food is distributed to the customers.

Maria Restaurant is a symbol of healthy food. Every food here supports health. No spoiled or rotten food is served here. Due to which customers come to this restaurant with great trust. The restaurant authorities respect the trust of the customers and serve quality food.

The environment of the restaurant is quite nice. The restaurant is very big. So the customers coming here can eat their food with satisfaction in an open and fair environment. The service policy here is also quite good. Each waiter has a table allocated for him. They are eager to serve the customers at their respective tables. They also serve the customers of other tables if necessary. In short, they always keep a watchful eye on the customers.

What was the demand for food like in two different periods?

Due to the provision of quality food, Maria Restaurant has a very good business. There are customers here all day long, from morning to night, and there is continuous business. I have a lot of customers during breakfast in the morning. The tandoor roti and beef paya here are very tasty dishes. People come here from far and wide to eat this food. I have heard from many that the paya here is finished within two to three hours of being prepared.

There are also some special dishes during lunch. Such as Sarisha Hilsa, which is very tasty. Every day, Hilsa fish is collected from the Padma River, and Sarisha Hilsa is made with it. In addition, a delicious filling is made with the head and tail of the Hilsa fish, which is very tasty.

At night, there are chicken kebabs, beef kebabs, chap kebabs, haleem, and naan bread. Each item is incomparable. So I would say that you can find delicious and mouth-watering food here at any time of the day.

Maria Restaurant and Kebab always provides fresh food. I sometimes taste the food here. Every dish is my favorite. A few days ago, I came here for afternoon lunch. My office colleague was with me. I ordered beef chap from Khanka, along with naan roti. After I ordered, the beef chap was cooked, and naan roti was also prepared. The taste of hot roti and beef chap was amazing. It was accompanied by salad, mayonnaise, and a mixture of both. Which makes the food delicious. I eat the food here in the morning.

Even though I am familiar with the environment here, I am always impressed by their hospitality. They always ask me about my needs with politeness. They always ask if I need anything and try their best to fulfill all my needs. I really enjoyed visiting this restaurant.
