What kind of Small Business shop have you visited? Briefly introduce yourself.
As part of this exploration, I visited a small business shoe shop. The shop is located on Doctor Zikrul Haque Road in Saidpur city. It offers a wide variety of footwear for men and women. The name of the shop is Bay Shoe Store, which is a well-known and growing brand in our country.
This store remains open from 9 AM to 11 PM. Nowadays, many shoe brands are available in Bangladesh, but Bay is becoming increasingly popular. Because of this, many people prefer to buy their shoes and sandals from such branded stores.

How were the activities, services and facilities at this place? (With pictures + prices, videos)
Since this is a popular shoe store, I noticed that their service quality was very good. The staff behaved politely with every customer and tried their best to provide good service. They were attentive and helpful, which made the shopping experience comfortable.
The shop also has some important facilities like security and parking. There are CCTV cameras installed for safety, and there is a designated parking space in front of the store, which makes it easy for customers to visit without any hassle.

As a curious explorer, my experience at this place was really enjoyable. I found a wide variety of shoes for both men and women, along with bags and accessories. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the visit more pleasant.
I also noticed some new arrival items and special discounts on selected products. The shop maintains good security with CCTV cameras and provides a convenient parking area.
Overall, I liked this store very much. It offers good quality products, a comfortable shopping environment, and excellent customer service. My experience here was truly satisfying.
