01. What kind of Business Activities Area have you visited? Briefly introduce it.

As a business activities area, I visited a local vegetable market located near the railway station at a place known as Parker Mor. Since it is close to the station, I often pass by this market.

However, I rarely buy vegetables from here. Compared to the main vegetable market in our new market area, this one is much smaller in size. Despite being small, it offers most of the daily essential vegetables needed for regular household use.

There are only a few shops, so the variety may be limited. Still, you can easily find all the important and commonly used items. The surrounding area is populated mostly by lower-middle-class and middle-class people, which is one of the reasons why this business area remains active and functional throughout the day.

02. How were the services and product quality both inside and outside?

In terms of product quality, I found the vegetables to be quite fresh and satisfactory. Even though I do not shop here regularly, whenever I explore the market, the vegetables appear fresh and suitable for daily consumption.

The shopkeepers are friendly and welcoming. When you visit their stalls, they politely ask what you need and try to assist you. Their behavior creates a positive shopping experience.

The prices are almost similar to the main vegetable market. However, bargaining is possible here, and you may get a slightly better price if you negotiate properly. This makes the market convenient for budget-conscious buyers.

Seasonal fruits like jackfruit, watermelon, and mango are occasionally available, but fruit items are not the main focus of this market.

The crowd is moderate. It is not as busy as the main market, but there is a steady flow of customers throughout the day. Most visitors come for quick and convenient shopping rather than bulk purchases.

I personally did not purchase anything from this market during my visit. However, my friend bought a papaya, and the price seemed quite reasonable to me.

Even though it is a small market, it serves its purpose well and plays an important role in meeting the daily needs of local people.
