Honestly, I like participating in recipe competitions a lot. But I really liked this week's subject Carrot Rasmalai Recipe. Thank you so much to @selina1 for giving us such a fun recipe. Actually, rasmalai is one of my favorite recipes. But I have never eaten it with carrots. I really like trying new recipes. Today I was happy to try a new recipe again. It was a lot of fun to eat after making it. It was not at all clear that it was made with carrots. And I also enjoyed eating it. I hope you will like today's recipe too.

Details :

First, I cut the carrots into small pieces. Then I washed and cleaned them thoroughly.

Then I put a pan on the stove. I added a little ghee to it. Then I added the blended carrots to it. Then I stirred them and left them.

Then I add sugar and a little salt and cook them for a while. Then, if any of them are dry, I take them off the stove.

Then I will make them into a slightly round shape with my hands. I have made many of them this way.

Then I put it in a pan on the stove. In the meantime, I added liquid milk. In the meantime, I added powdered milk and sugar. I will boil them for a while.

Then I added cardamom powder here. I let it burn for a while and then took it off the stove.

3.Do you face any difficulty during making this recipe?

I did not have any difficulty in making this recipe. Although I tried the recipe for the first time. Actually, I have made rasmalai before, but I have not made carrot rasmalai.
