I really like to do such paintings with digital art. After seeing anything, I try to make a beautiful painting. I make these beautiful paintings. step 1 :

First I drew the skull of a skeleton and then the hair of the skeleton.

step 2 :

Then with another color, I painted some big beards of the skeleton beautifully from both sides and drew the spots.

Then I painted the back background black and painted the face of the skeleton nicely.

Then I painted the eyes of the skeleton and the top of the skeleton's head with some colors.

Then I drew some more color flower spots in the back background and made a more beautiful bright art.
