INTRO

Recently, it has been observed that those who work regularly in this Tron Fan Club community do not properly follow the rules published by the community from time to time. To work regularly in a community, you must act as a trusted user following the rules of the community. And if you can work in this way, you can take yourself to a better position in the community. Today I will share with you some of the mistakes that our users have made recently and some important guidelines on how to do well in this community so that you can do well by following these guidelines while working in the community. I am sharing 13 points here.




First Point
Our community is completely self-supported, that is, we are working here as a self-sustaining community without any vote from any other community. So those who will work in this community should give importance to this matter. If you are a successful writer here, your support will never run out, everyone should work here seriously. Gradually the power of our community is increasing which can bring us a better future. So we all should take this matter seriously. Any community may end immediately after losing support from others but those who are running with self support will sustain. Self-supporting our community will only move forward in the long run. So those who will be with our community from the beginning will be the future of this community. So seriously work in this community with any amount of upvotes initially. Gradually with the growth of the community your support will be increased.


Second Point
Iit is often seen that some users forget to set a beneficiary to our community curation account (@tron-fan-club) on their posts. Essentially, the richer our community curation account is, the more we all benefit from it, as curation accounts are not powering down. Our curation account’s power is growing and growing. We can directly participate in the enrichment of this curation account through beneficiary giving which will continue to benefit all who work and will work in this community.


Third Point
One of our important initiatives is the Witness Project. So those who have not yet voted for our witness project (bangla.witness), vote immediately to our witness project. Give us one of your 30 votes or proxy to @rme. Without voting for our witness it will be hard for you to get support here.


Fourth Point
A foundation course on Tron Basics is ongoing in our community to make the community members more educated about the Tron Blockchain. This program is running on a monthly basis. That is a batch is completed every month. Maybe many people know the basics of Tron but still we can learn something new in the class. But there is reluctance among you regarding this free foundation course. We want all of you to participate in this foundation course and complete your graduation. Those who earn the certificate here will be given a badge named “Pro Tron Fan” in the community. Those who have this badge will always get more upvotes or support in the community. And the amount of support will be reduced for those who don't have the badge. So you ensure your badge by attending this course spontaneously which will help you to acquire basic knowledge of Tron. Besides, you will get an additional benefit in working in this community. Anyone from other communities who want to work here in the future or learn the basics of Tron should get their certification by attending this course.


Fifth Point
Various initiatives are posted in our community at different times like Homework Task, TRX Friday initiative, Power Up initiative etc. Many of our community regular members are not participating in these initiatives. If you really want to improve your position in the community, you must regularly participate in these initiatives. By participating in these initiatives, you can establish yourself as a known and trusted blogger in this community.


Sixth Point
We provide you with a lot of information through pinned posts in our community from time to time. It is very sad that many people do not read those posts carefully. You must carefully read the pin posts posted in the community.


Seventh Point
We provide various important information and updates to our members through our Discord server. In that case, we provide important information for you in various channels of our server by mentioning @everyone. So you should check the updates on our discord server regularly and act accordingly.


Eighth Point
Your post quality as well as your activity is very important to us. Many are seen working in the community for a short time, then take a break and then come back. We prioritize regular users of our community over these users. So you must post at least three times a week to get good support in the community. For those who don't make at least three posts a week in our community, getting support will be very difficult. So you should regularly work in our community as an active member.


Ninth Point
Common problem for us is that we only share posts ourselves but we don't want to read other people's posts. If we only share posts ourselves and don't read other people's posts then others won't read our posts either. It will not actually have any fun sharing the content. So we should read at least 5 posts if we post one a day. The more we read other people's posts, the more we learn and the more we empathize with others. When you read other people's posts and give good comments, they will read your posts and give good comments. In this way, we can get to know each other and involve ourselves more with others. This will increase our familiarity which is very important for your career here. So you must have a good amount of comments in the community and those comments must be appropriate. Small comments that fall into comments spamming cannot be commented. You need to have a certain number of good comments per week in the community if you want to get good support here.


Tenth Point
Some do various types of copyright infringement, plagiarism, spamming, farming and multiple accounts activities here. You must refrain from such activities. If anyone found doing such activities will be reported to Abuse Watcher. Then all your rewards will be canceled by downvoting your account. So you must refrain from copyright infringement, plagiarism, abuse, spamming, farming etc.


Eleventh Point
At various times you are warned & instructed through comments and through Discord. You should follow all those instructions and proceed further. You must take care that there is no need to give the same instructions to someone over and over again. We often see a user making the same mistake over and over again and even after warning him through comments and discord, he continues to do so. Any instructions, advice given to you by our community moderators and admins must be taken seriously.


Twelfth Point
You must pay attention to mutual respect here. Do not get involved in any kind of conflict with anyone here and we definitely expect you to treat everyone well. You will always behave well with the admin moderator or any member of the community.


Thirteenth Point
Above all, whenever you have difficulty understanding something and face any problem, you must go to our Discode server and create a support ticket through the “get-help” option. After you create a support ticket, you should mention our moderators. Then you will get the solution of your problem very easily from any moderator. Therefore, in case of any difficulty and any suggestion, you must create a support ticket and get help from us on various issues. Do not DM (direct message) to any moderators. We can support you properly only if you report your problem in the “support ticket”.

সাম্প্রতিক সময়ে লক্ষ্য করা যাচ্ছে, যারা এই কমিউনিটিতে নিয়মিত কাজ করে থাকেন তারা কমিউনিটির বিভিন্ন সময়ে সময়ে প্রকাশ করা নিয়ম কানুন গুলো ঠিকভাবে অনুসরণ করেন না। কোন কমিউনিটিতে নিয়মিত কাজ করতে হলে অবশ্যই সেই কমিউনিটির নিয়ম-কানুন মেনে একজন বিশ্বস্ত ব্যবহারকারী হিসেবে কাজ করা উচিত। আর এভাবে করে কাজ করতে পারলে আপনারা নিজেদেরকে কমিউনিটিতে আরো ভালো অবস্থানে নিয়ে যেতে পারবেন। সাম্প্রতিক সময়ে আমাদের ব্যবহারকারীদের কিছু ভুল এবং কিভাবে এই কমিউনিটিতে ভালো করা যায় সেই বিষয়ে কিছু গুরুত্বপূর্ণ দিকনির্দেশনা আজকে আপনাদের মাঝে শেয়ার করব যাতে করে কমিউনিটিতে কাজ করার ক্ষেত্রে আপনারা এই নির্দেশনাগুলো অনুসরণ করে খুব ভালোভাবে কাজ করতে পারেন। আমি এখানে ১৩ টি গুরুত্বপূর্ন পয়ন্ট শেয়ার করব।




১। আমাদের কমিউনিটি সম্পূর্ণ নিজস্ব সাপোর্টে পরিচালিত হয় অর্থাৎ আমরা অন্য কোন কমিউনিটি থেকে ভোট ছাড়াই নিজেরা একটা স্বাবলম্বী কমিউনিটি হিসেবে এখানে কাজ করছি। তাই এই কমিউনিটিতে যারা কাজ করবেন তাদেরকে এই বিষয়টিতে গুরুত্ব আরোপ করতে হবে। আপনি এখানে একজন সফল লেখক হলে আপনার সাপোর্ট কখনো ফুরাবে না এই বিষয়টি সবাই গুরুত্ব দিয়ে এখানে কাজ করতে হবে। ধীরে ধীরে আমাদের কমিউনিটির পাওয়ায়র বৃদ্ধি পাচ্ছে যা আমাদের জন্য অনেক ভাল একটি ভবিষ্যৎ এনে দিতে পারে। তাই এ বিষয়ে গুরুত্ত্ব নিয়ে আমাদের সবার কাজ করা উচিত। নিজস্ব সাপোর্টে চলা কোন কমিউনিটি শেষ হয়ে যায় না বরং যারা অন্যের সাপোর্টে কমিউনিটি চালায় তাদের ক্ষেত্রে সাপোর্ট না পেলে কমিউনিটি বন্ধ হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা রয়েছে। নিজস্ব সাপোর্টে চলা আমাদের কমিউনিটি দীর্ঘমেয়াদে কেবল সামনে এগিয়ে যাবে। তাই যারা শুরু থেকে আমাদের কমিউনিটির সাথে থাকবেন তারাই হবে এই কমিউনিটির ভবিষ্যৎ। তাই যে কোন পরিমান সাপোর্ট নিয়ে এই কমিউনিটিতে গুরুত্ব সহকারে কাজ করুন।


২। প্রায়শই কিছু ব্যবহারকারীকে দেখা যায় তারা তাদের পোস্টে আমাদের কমিউনিটির কিউরেশন একাউন্টকে বেনিফিশিয়ারি দিতে ভুলে যান। মূলতঃ আমাদের কমিউনিটির কিউরেশন একাউন্ট যত বেশি সমৃদ্ধ হবে সেখান থেকে আমরা সবাই ততো বেশি বেনিফিট পাব কারণ এই কিউরেশন একাউন্ট থেকে পাওয়ার ডাউন দেওয়া হয় না। আমরা বেনিফিশিয়ারী দেওয়ার মাধ্যমে এই কিউরেশন একাউন্ট সমৃদ্ধ হওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে প্রত্যক্ষভাবে অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারি যার সুফল এই কমিউনিটিতে যারা কাজ করে এবং করবে সবাই পেতে থাকবে।


৩। আমাদের একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ উদ্যোগ হচ্ছে উইটনেস প্রজেক্ট। তাই যারা এখনো আমাদের উইটনেস প্রোজেক্টে ভোট দেননি তারা অবশ্যই বাংলা উইটনেস কে ভোট দিবেন। আপনার ৩০ টি ভোটের মধ্যে একটি ভোট আমাদেরকে দিবেন বা রমে কে প্রক্সি দিবেন। আমাদের উইটনেসকে ভোট ছাড়া আপনার জন্য এখানে সাপোর্ট পাওয়া কস্টকর হবে।


৪। কমিউনিটিতে যারা মেম্বার রয়েছেন তাদেরকে ট্রন ব্লকচেইন সম্বন্ধে আরো শিক্ষিত করে তোলার জন্য ট্রন বেসিকের উপর একটি ফাউন্ডেশন কোর্স আমাদের কমিউনিটিতে চলমান রয়েছে। প্রতি মাসে একটি ব্যচ সম্পন্ন হয়। হতে পারে অনেকেই ট্রনের বেসিক বিষয়গুলো জানেন তারপরও ক্লাসে হয়তো নতুন নতুন কোন বিষয় আমরা শিখতে পারবো। কিন্তু আমাদের এই ফ্রি ফাউন্ডেশন কোর্সের ব্যাপারে আপনাদের মাঝে অনিহা দেখা যাচ্ছে। আমরা চাই, এই ফাউন্ডেশন কোর্সে আপনারা সবাই অংশগ্রহণ করবেন এবং নিজেদের সার্টিফিকেট বা গ্রেজুয়েশন সম্পন্ন করবেন। যারা এখানে সার্টিফিকেট অর্জন করবেন তাদেরকে কমিউনিটিতে একটি ব্যাজ দেয়া হবে। যাদের ট্ন ফ্যান ব্যাচ থাকবে তারা কমিউনিটিতে সব সময় বেশি আপভোট বা সাপোর্ট পাবেন আর যাদের ব্যাচ থাকবে না তাদের জন্য সাপোর্টের পরিমাণ কমিয়ে দেয়া হবে। তাই আপনারা এই কোর্সের স্বতঃস্ফূর্তভাবে অংশগ্রহণ করে নিজেদের ব্যাচ নিশ্চিত করুন যা আপনাকে ট্রনের বেসিক জ্ঞান অর্জন করতে সহযোগিতা করবে। পাশাপাশি আপনি এই কোম্পানিটিতে কাজ করার ক্ষেত্রে একটা বাড়তি সুবিধা পেয়ে যাবেন । অন্য কমিউনিটির যে কেউ যারা ভবিষ্যতে এখানে কাজ করতে চান অথবা ট্রনের বেসিক বিষয় শিখতে চান তাদের উচিত হবে এই কোর্সে অংশগ্রহণের মাধ্যমে নিজের সার্টিফিকেট অর্জন করে রাখা।


৫। আমাদের কমিউনিটিতে বিভিন্ন সময়ে বিভিন্ন ইনিশিয়েটিভের পোস্ট করা হয়। যেমন হোমওয়ার্ক টাস্ক, টিয়ার এক্স ফ্রাইডে এডিশিয়েটিভ, পাওয়ার অপেনিসেটিভ ইত্যাদি। অনেকেই এ সকল ইনিশিয়েটিভে অংশগ্রহণ করেন না। সত্যিকার অর্থে কমিউনিটিতে আপনি আপনার নিজের অবস্থানকে ভাল করতে চাইলে অবশ্যই এই সকল ইনিশিয়েটিভে আপনাকে নিয়মিত অংশগ্রহণ করতে হবে। এসব উদ্যোগে অংশগ্রহণ করার মাধ্যমেই আপনি একজন পরিচিত এবং ট্রাস্টেড ব্লগার হিসেবে এই কমিউনিটিতে নিজেকে আত্বপ্রকাশ করতে পারবেন।


৬। আমরা বিভিন্ন সময়ে আমাদের কমিউনিটিতে পোষ্টের মাধ্যমে আপনাদেরকে অনেক তথ্য প্রদান করে থাকি। সে সকল পোস্ট অনেকেই মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়েন না এটা খুবই দুঃখজনক। আপনাদেরকে অবশ্যই কমিউনিটিতে পোস্ট করা পিন পোস্টগুলো খুঁটিয়ে খুঁটিয়ে ভালো করে পড়তে হবে।


৭। আমরা আমাদের মেম্বারদেরকে বিভিন্ন গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য ও আপডেট আমাদের ডিসকর্ড সার্ভারের মাধ্যমে দিয়ে থাকি। সে ক্ষেত্রে আমরা এভরিওয়ান মেনশন দিয়ে বিভিন্ন চ্যানেলে আপনাদের জন্য গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্যগুলো প্রদান করি। তাই আপনাদের উচিত অবশ্যই নিয়মিতভাবে আমাদের ডিসকোর্স সার্ভারে দেয়া আপডেটগুলো চেক করা এবং সেই মোতাবেক কাজ করা।


৮। আপনাদের পোস্ট কোয়ালিটির পাশাপাশি আপনাদের একটিভিটি আমাদের কাছে খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। অনেকেই দেখা যায় কমিউনিটিতে অল্প কিছুদিন কাজ করেন তারপর আবার একটা বিরতি নেন তারপর আবার ফিরে আসেন। আমরা এই সকল ব্যবহারকারীর চেয়ে বরং যারা নিয়মিত আমাদের কমিউনিটিতে কাজ করে তাদেরকে বেশি গুরুত্ব দিয়ে থাকি। তাই কমিউনিটিতে ভালো সাপোর্ট পাওয়ার জন্য আপনাকে অবশ্যই সপ্তাহে অন্তত তিনটি পোস্ট করতে হবে। যাদের অন্তত সপ্তাহে তিনটি পোস্ট আমাদের কমিউনিটিতে করা হবে না তাদের জন্য সাপোর্ট পাওয়াটা অনেক কষ্টকর হয়ে যাবে। তাই আপনার উচিত একজন একটিভ মেম্বার হিসেবে আমাদের কমিউনিটিতে নিয়মিত কাজ করা।


৯। আমরা কেবল নিজেরা পোস্ট শেয়ার করে থাকি কিন্তু অন্যদের পোস্ট আমরা পড়তে চাই না। যদি আমরা কেবল নিজেরা পোস্ট শেয়ার করি এবং অন্যদের পোস্ট না পড়ি তাহলে আমাদের পোস্টও অন্যরা পড়বে না। এতে আসলে কনটেন্ট শেয়ার করার কোন মজাই থাকবে না। তাই আমাদের উচিত দিনে যদি আমরা একটি পোস্ট করি তাহলে অন্তত ৫ থেকে ১০ টি পোস্ট পড়া। যত বেশি আমরা অন্যদের পোস্ট পড়ব তত বেশি যেমন আমরা শিখতে পারবো তেমনি অন্যদের সাথে আমাদের আরো বেশি হৃদ্যতা তৈরি হবে। আপনি যখন অন্যদের পোস্ট পড়ে ভালো ভালো মন্তব্য করবেন তখন তারাও আপনার পোস্ট পড়বে এবং ভালো ভালো মন্তব্য করবে। এভাবে করে আমরা একে অন্যের সাথে পরিচিত হতে পারব এবং নিজেদেরকে অন্যদের সাথে আরো বেশি সম্পৃক্ত করতে পারবো। এতে আমদের পরিচিতি বাড়বে যা এখানে আপনার ক্যারিয়ারের জন্য খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ন। তাই কমিউনিটিতে একটা ভালো পরিমাণ কমেন্ট আপনার থাকতেই হবে এবং সেই কমেন্ট হতে হবে যথাযথ। ছোট কমেন্ট যেটা কমেন্টস স্প্যামিং এর মধ্যে পড়ে এরকম কমেন্ট করা যাবে না। কমিউনিটিতে প্রতি সপ্তাহে আপনার একটা নির্দিষ্ট পরিমাণ ভালো কমেন্টের সংখ্যা থাকতে হবে যদি আপনি এখানে ভাল সাপোর্ট পেতে চান।


১০। কেউ কেউ এখানে বিভিন্ন ধরনের কপিরাইট লঙ্ঘন, প্লাগিয়ারিজম, স্প্যামিং, ফার্মিং এবং মাল্টিপল একাউন্ট এর মত কাজগুলো করে থাকেন। আপনারা অবশ্যই এসব কাজ থেকে বিরত থাকবেন কারণ যদি কারো কাছ থেকে এ ধরনের কাজ পাওয়া যায় তাহলে তার অ্যাকাউন্টটি রিপোর্ট করা হবে এভিউস ওয়াচারের কাছে। তখন আপনাদের একাউন্টে ডাউনভোট দিয়ে আপনাদের সকল রিওয়ার্ড শূন্য করে দেয়া হবে। তাই কপিরাইট ইনফ্রেচমেন্ট, প্লাগিয়ারজম, এভিউজ, স্প্যামিং, ফার্মিং এগুলো থেকে অবশ্যই বিরত থাকবেন।


১১। বিভিন্ন সময়ে আপনাদেরকে কমেন্টের মাধ্যমে এবং ডিসকার্ডের মাধ্যমে সতর্ক করা হয় এবং নির্দেশনা দেয়া হয়। আপনাদের উচিত সেই সকল নির্দেশনা গুলো অনুসরণ করে পরবর্তীতে কাজ করা। একজনকে একই নির্দেশনা বারবার দেয়ার যাতে কোন প্রয়োজন না হয় সেদিকে আপনারা অবশ্যই লক্ষ্য রাখবেন। আমরা প্রায়োসই দেখতে পাই একই রকম ভুল কোন ইউজার বারবার করে যাচ্ছেন এবং তাকে কমেন্ট ও ডিসকোড এর মাধ্যমে সতর্ক করার পরও তিনি এই কাজ অব্যাহত রাখছেন। আমাদের কমিউনিটি মডারেটর এবং এডমিন কর্তৃক আপনাদেরকে প্রধানকৃত যেকোনো নির্দেশনা, পরামর্শ অবশ্যই আপনাদের জন্য গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সেটা আপনারা খুব গুরুত্বের সাথে খেয়াল রাখবেন।


১২। আপনারা অবশ্যই এখানে মিউচুয়াল রেস্পেক্ট এর বিষয়ে গুরুত্ব রাখবেন। কারো সাথে কোন ধরনের সংঘাতে এখানে জড়িয়ে যাবেন না এবং সবার সাথে ভালো আচরণ আমরা অবশ্যই আপনাদের কাছ থেকে প্রত্যাশা করি। কমিউনিটির এডমিন মডারেটর কিংবা যেকোন মেম্বারের সাথে আপনারা সব সময় ভালো আচরণ করবেন।


১৩। সর্বোপরি আপনাদের যখনি কোন বিষয়ে বুঝতে অসুবিধা হবে এবং কোন সমস্যা ফেস করবেন তখন অবশ্যই আমাদের ডিসকোড সার্ভারে গিয়ে হেল্প অপশনের মাধ্যমে একটি সাপোর্ট টিকেট ক্রিয়েট করবেন। আপনি সাপোর্ট টিকেট ক্রিয়েট করার পর আমাদের যারা মডারেটর রয়েছে তাদেরকে ম্যানশন দিবেন। তাহলে আপনারা যে কোন একজন মডারেটর থেকে খুব সহজেই পেয়ে যাবেন আপনাদের সমস্যার সমাধান। তাই যে কোন অসুবিধায় এবং যেকোনো পরামর্শ এর ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই আপনারা সাপোর্ট টিকেট ক্রিয়েট করে আমাদের কাছ থেকে বিভিন্ন বিষয়ে সহযোগিতা নিবেন। কোন মডারেটরকে ডিএম করবেন না। আপনার সমস্যাটি আপনি সাপোর্ট টিকেটে জানান তাহলেই আমরা আপনাদেরকে যথাযথভাবে সাপোর্ট করতে পারব।
