1000 DAYS OF STEEM — The Diary Game - 24/05/2022 - A truly out of the ordinary heat...

The day started quite early, I had to do some errands, a couple for my parents, after which I went right to a couple of customers, to understand if the time had come to place more slush machines, and in this specific case the heat gave me a hand, as they were customers who left with the cold cream season no earlier than 10 June, instead they both want the slush machine by the end of this week, so at least one positive aspect this heat has it, to increase the consumption of my products, at least in the places where I place my slush machines...

On returning home I found the polecat beached, all lying on the ground, with the degree of tolerance of the heat reached its limit, I opened a few windows in the house and immediately a bit of air was created, in response yes it is spread further on the ground, in contact with the floor, which always remains cool in summer, when it behaves in this way I would literally cover it with cuddles, were it not that I would increase the perception of heat...

It is also time for lunch, honestly speaking I did not want to turn on the gas and cook a plate of pasta, so I prepared a single plate, consisting of different vegetables, such as salad, tomatoes, fennel and cucumbers, a very simple dish but healthy, the salad had been given to us by one of our neighbors, so it was also a pity that it went bad, given that they were different caspi, in addition to the vegetables, when my partner arrived from work, I inserted a couple of cans of tuna, ok the vegetables but the proteins are needed, as well as a little bread, I, carbohydrates, I will never give up, I don't know how I did a few years ago, when I tried a diet based on proteins, fruit and vegetables, I resisted too much, considering my degree of passion for pasta, pizza and company, never again, of course, not too many but without I don't think so !!!

La giornata è partita abbastanza presto, dovevo fare qualche commissione, una paio per i miei genitori, terminate le quali mi sono recato giusto da un paio di clienti, per capire se fosse giunto il momento di piazzare altri granitori, e in questo specifico caso il caldo mi ha dato una mano, in quanto erano clienti che partivano con la stagione delle creme fredde non prima del 10 giugno, invece entrambi vogliono il granitore entro la fine di questa settimana, per cui almeno un aspetto positivo questo caldo ce l'ha, di aumentare i consumi dei miei prodotti, almeno nei locali dove posiziono i miei granitori...

Al rientro a casa ho trovato la puzzolina spiaggiata, tutta distesa a terra, con il grado di sopportazione del caldo arrivato al limite, ho aperto qualche finestra in casa e subito si è creata un po' di corrente d'aria, in tutta risposta si è stesa ulteriormente a terra, a contatto con il pavimento, che rimane sempre fresco in estate, quando si comporta in questa maniera la coprirei letteralmente di coccole, se non fosse che le farei aumentare la percezione del caldo...

E' arrivato anche il momento del pranzo, sinceramente parlando non avevo voglia di accedere il gas e cucinare un piatto di pasta, per cui ho preparato un monopiatto, composto da diverse verdure, quali insalata, pomodori, finocchio e cetrioli, un piatto molto semplice ma salutare, l'insalata ci era stata regalata da un nostro vicino di casa, per cui era pure un peccato che andasse a male, visto e considerato che erano diversi caspi, in aggiunta alla verdura, quando è arrivata la mia compagna dal lavoro, ho inserito un paio di scatolette di tonno, ok la verdura ma le proteine servono, così pure un po' di pane, io, ai carboidrati, non rinuncerò mai, non so come ho fatto qualche anno fa, quando provai una dieta a base di proteine, frutta e verdure, ho resistito anche troppo, considerando il mio grado di passione per pasta, pizza e company, mai più, certo, non troppi ma senza non penso proprio!!!
