There are however many healthy snacks within 5 minutes that can be made within not more than a minute or two, which not only understands and fills the empty stomach, but gives energy to the whole body. I myself munch on such snacks on a daily basis.

It is quite common to have something to eat quickly in our busy lives. But quick and healthy don't go together. To the contrary, if you are a bit attentive, then healthy foods can be made within 5 minutes. They will keep you active through out the day and keep you aloof from undeserved calories.

Toasting two breads and spreading with peanut butter and slices of banana is a tasty snack. It gives a short time energy boost and quickly kills light hunger. That's one of my favorites while being busy.

All you need to add to a smoothie blender is oats, milk, a spoonful of honey and some pieces of fruits. It induces full appetite, aids digestion and provides the system with sustained energy. Good to have for breakfast.

Mashing boiled eggs and avocado together gives the body good fats, fibre and protein. It is lean on one side and extremely nutritious on the other. I have it with a pinch of pepper, the flavour is boosted even further.

Stale snacking can be boring. So introduce a bit of variance. Try new flavors of fruits in smoothies, alter the combination of nuts. Snacking on it will not only be nutritious, but exciting.
