Greetings Wake

Read what others write, think about it, and practice a lot. Ask others what's wrong with your story, not people who are just sucking up to you or using AI to compliment you. You won't learn anything from that.

I like this advice, and in fact, I put it into practice for a while. A good reference can broaden our understanding and creativity.

Personal stories are incredibly long-winded and boring, and they're not stories at all if you don't have a good or humorous writing style.

Regarding this, I have a story I experienced in the third person. I always say I'm going to start writing it, but I can't find the time or the key to begin and write it in a way that maintains the interesting aspect it carries. It's an unusual experience of a family member who was operated on by spiritual beings, something we didn't believe in, and after the results, we were perplexed.

Photography

Photographs are a good complement to any story; Therefore, quality and the message it conveys shouldn't be neglected (by the way, you've given me an idea to try out in the next photography contest).

I find this difficult to say because I've always been in a small circle of good and creative writers. I think, given the circle I'm in, it's creativity.

It's good to have a good circle. At university, I managed to form a team of five people who supported each other to develop a good activity in each class. We had shared leadership where everyone was determined to do things well. I believe that forming a circle with people who allow us to transcend is a necessity in any field.

Thank you for your input. I would like more users to try to learn the art of adding value to their activity on the platform, as well as in real life.

Concerning your story: just ramble on, write like you tell the story to a friend. Next you let it rest and.... You remove the start! Start in the middle to attract the attention!

Your start can always be a flashback and don't add conclusions! Readers can do this themselves and even if they understand your story different from meant it is still read and you learn the different visions of those readers. Always good for the next story.

Bests of luck!

P.s. no matter the topic every topic can make a great story.

I find this idea interesting, even for other stories I develop: Maybe I'll change some of my tasks on the platform to dedicate a little time to writing stories.

It seems amazing, but looking at my history, I noticed that my last story was 3 years ago.

Don't add conclusions!

I've always thought that all posts that include conclusions are generated by AI. I don't think it's necessary to present a conclusion; that's up to the reader.

Thank you for your advice.

I have noticed that writing stories has also been compromised for me in recent months. This is, of course, also because I am now painting more and trying to master drawing. This takes time, and the same applies to Community Art & Artist.
When it comes to the stories posted on this platform, I find them to be of poor quality, which is why my community Tales & Stories is not open for every Steemian to post.

Everyone has something to say, but the art of storytelling is not something everyone can do.
If you enjoy writing and want to improve, I would definitely invest time in it. One story always leads to another. This is the wonderful thing about the mind of a creative person. Expressing imagination is also an art.

Conclusions belong in scientific articles and research. The rest is indeed AI, although a short moral of a fable is also a final conclusion.

I like this. Not every story has to start from A-Z

The start is the most difficult, so instead of wasting time on how to start, simply write, ramble on like free writing till the story flows and start in the middle or somewhere at a sentence that attracts the attention (the rest is a draft and who knows good for something else).

I do this a lot with your writing prompts. Sometimes I would only have ideas for one or two daily words, I'll just start from there.

Frequently I know what to write about and I fit in the prompt 😐
It's good to hear it helps you. It's always good to start a ramble and work towards what we want to share or make clear.
