The Season of Big Citrus Fruits

How many of you like Pomelo? Or are there people who don't like citrus fruits? Although such fruits are contraindicated for some people. But I love Pomelo. I usually eat a yellow fruit, but I recently bought a red one.

Pomelo (also known as pomelos and shaddock) is an underrated citrus giant and a close relative of the grapefruit. This is the largest fruit of all citrus fruits: the weight of the fruit can reach 10 kilograms, and the diameter is 30 centimeters. However, you can't find such giants in Russian stores.

This fruit appeared in our stores not so long ago. My mom is usually afraid to try any new food, but this time she took a Pomelo with great pleasure.
It's funny, but when we brought my mother to live in our village after my father's death, it turned out that she didn't like to eat peaches. She says they're furry.
She also doesn't like eating green beans. She calls it worms. And she often talks about new products - we haven't eaten this before in the village.

Tomorrow I will buy a Pomelo again, and I think this fruit will be red.
