Culinary crisis.

I must admit that I really enjoy watching videos with various cooking recipes, mostly meat dishes, using a grill, cauldron, pressure canner, or other methods of cooking meat and fish.

I often found something that could improve what I was making. For example, before cooking chicken legs, I learned that boiling them at a low temperature would improve the quality of the dish.

But lately, one blogger-chef after another, countless of them, have been switching from focusing their videos on culinary arts to criticizing other chefs.

It's strange: you're living your life, enjoying life, doing something well, but then, suddenly, you start to worry about how others cook and make a critical video.

It looks like some kind of culinary crisis even for the most famous chefs.

I don't argue, sometimes there are situations when you can't come up with anything new, and that's a good time to take a creative break, not cook, or cook only for your family and friends without accessing the internet.

But no, these guys are finding their niche as critics.

In moments like these, I realize that a doctor's sausage sandwich from the local store is preferable to the foie gras of those who can't simply enjoy their own learning and knowledge, but rather need to subjugate another chef and show everyone their mistakes.
