False calm.
False calm.
False calm, or false boredom—that's how I could describe those moments when I decided to hunt with my camera for various insects that usually catch the blooming sage, but for some reason, they weren't there.
You know, it's like fishing, when you think you've done everything necessary to get the fish to bite, but for some reason, they flatly refuse to budge your float. LOL.
Yes, outwardly it looks like complete silence, but where our gaze can't penetrate, for example, underwater, or inside the sage flowers, life is in full swing.
I probably just came during lunch break, or, as is common in some Mediterranean countries, during the miestà, when outside life comes to a standstill and you, if you've decided to entertain yourself somehow, become bored.
But, unlike the siesta, the sage plantation has beautiful sage flowers, and you can photograph them and enjoy the aroma of wild herbs.
