When asked if they'd like to be found among like-minded people, most people would probably say yes, they dream of it.

It's hard to judge whether this is good or bad, lol, there's a lot to talk about.

It's probably good when, in addition to being supported by someone or something that's time-tested and something you've personally experienced, you're supported. It's bad when, without delving into the details, someone's idea seems tempting to you, and you, de jure or de facto, not only embrace the untested idea but also spread it, presenting it as the absolute truth.

I often see people searching for like-minded people on YouTube with the slogan: My idea is the best in the budget!

For example, this appeals to those who prefer the unconventional practice of planting vegetables in nest boxes, or to the idea of ​​keeping geese and ducks together, claiming they're excellent, the best options in the world.

But for those who haven't experienced this firsthand, it can be like walking a dog whose strength you didn't anticipate.

On the one hand, the dog is strong, and you feel safe. But on the other, in an unforeseen situation, like in my drawing for the fantasy story I haven't finished yet, the dog can lunge so hard while chasing the cat that it can drag you along with it, and you're lucky if you don't get hurt.

Often, the source of the idea is someone who hasn't achieved success, wasted time and money, and all they can find to console themselves is to find others who will repeat their mistakes, which will be like balm for their heart.

I respect those people who talk about their work and their experiences, saying that they like doing things this way and not another, but they don't consider it a panacea. You can do things any way you want, because you can be in different conditions, climate, weight, etc.
