I already tested making the 750-950 mg Moringa capsules using my bigger capsulator machine and "00" size capsules
My whole body ached for making another two batches of Moringa capsule and a new pack of Moringa powder. This time around the size of the capsules are bigger and could contain about 750-950 mg of Moringa powder. I am not so sure about the weigh of the content of the capsule but I was able to of course put more Moringa powder per capsule.
I think that I will take the same amount of capsules per day which is ten capsules so that I can benefit more from the nutrients of dried Moringa leaves and hopefully it could give me therapeutic or curative effects because for one thing, I do not eat a variety of foods to begin with and consuming Moringa powder in a daily basis is my way of supplementing my diet with what is known as "superfood."
The capsules are big but they are good to work with because it is quite easy to separate the capsule cap from its body. What I was doing is to just make a 100 capsule batch at a time. I would separate the cap and the body of the capsule and putt them in a separate container. When I am ready to put them in the capsulator machine, I would use now the guide tray and then pour the capsule parts into it and shake it a but. The caps and or the capsule body would magically fall into the holes although I have to turn some back-side up again in order to correct its position to the corresponding tray (for the cap and the capsule body respectively).
I was doing it manually before but now after watching the video I had learned that I was doing it all wrong. But now I am just saving much time for making my Moringa capsules which is why I had made two batches in a relatively short amount of time. But I am slow because of my pain and mobility issues while in the comment section of the product I had read that one customer that bought the same capsule maker can make a thousand per hour!
The capsules down seven to go, one small sip of liquid per capsule so that they won't get stuck in my throat. Still manageable to ingest these superfood in "00" size capsules.
I also have to adjust the height of the tray that holds the body of the capsule because it was screwed to much down and it caused the upper part of the body of the capsule to protrude which have made it for me to swipe the powder into the capsules. It is good that I have a Philips screw driver and adjusted the height accordingly, so now it is doing much better. All that effort added to my already aching back because twisting the screw driver alone had injured my finger and hand joints along with my elbows of my arms and it proves how weak are my joins.
I would rest my back from time to time because it does ache after a while of sitting around. Although making the Moringa capsules is quite fun, it is also torturing my body in the process. That is why it took some few hours for me to finish-up this encapsulating work because I have to relieve my back pain by lying down on my back for a while a few times because my vertebrae had gone so crooked in form over the years and it mal-transformed my appearance, is is now a bad nightmare that came true. I couldn't care less about my appearance but the disabilities and pain it causes me are the things that make my pitiful life harder to endure than it is.
Anyway, I saw that the new Moringa powder brand that I bought looked better compared to the former brand that I was using before. It looked greener and not so "dusty" which is leading me to believe that I was using a product before which contains fillers because comparing the color of the tow, the new brand with a better packaging looks fresher than the lighter-colored Moringa product I used before. Now I might feel different with this new brand because it seems to have a better quality compared to what I was using before so hopefully great changes will start to happen for using it starting tomorrow God-willing for as long as I am using this new product for the sake of my effort to experience good health and probably long life too.
