I am using the Carlson brand of vitamin K2 MK-7 soft gel capsules recently and I saw that I needed to top-up because my supply is already running-out and it will not be good if I will find myself pausing its use because I am afraid if pain re-emerging again if that was to happen. However, that particular item I was using is now out of stock which is unfortunate because only one store is selling it from the online shop where I was buying it from.

But they have this other brand which comes in the form of drops and I can have 180 servings of Vitamin K2 MK-7 if I were to use two drops of it everyday but currently I am using 90 mcg of vitamin K2 MK-7 so if I was to use 4 drops a day, these two vitamins can last me for about three months which is still good. What is good is that it has Vitamin D3 included which I also needed to support my bone health which with the Vitamin K2 MK-7 alone is working well for me. For one thing, I am seldom struck by Sunlight which is why I needed some doses of vitamin D3.

I chose this brand because Carlson is a reputable brand which with my experience had given me great results for my bone rehabilitation needs and is saving me much money because if I will use the medicine for my secondary hyperparathyroidism, my coffers will run dry in no time. In fact I had spent lots of money using Calcipar and although I needed it, I am suffering from the nasty side-effects like the bad case of vertigo and bitter taste in my mouth and still I would suffer from overall joint aches.

But I know that using vitamin K2 MK-7 has its limitations, like long-term side-effects especially against my liver but I have no other choice otherwise I will revert back from suffering from severe pain where even clenching my fist get painful and I do not want to experience it again. Like I already mentioned, using the rather "more appropriate" drug "Calcipar" makes me feel bad than good and still I would not feel much better compared to the effects of vitamin K2 MK-7 is dong for my joints and bones.

I am now yet to experience the effects of this different from of Vitamin K2 MK-7 and vitamin D3 combination in a form of liquid which I will need to get two drops of it everyday or maybe one drop may suffice since I am getting Magnesium with the calcium supplement which I am using currently (Caltrate) which in fact also has vitamin D3 and Zinc which is needed for biochemical processes in the body like in my case, Zinc is needed for the immune system to work normally in order to combat opportunistic illnesses which I can't afford to suffer from because of course "I already had much on my table" and I am already suffering from my bone issues alone.
