I photographed my neighbor which is building their rental property and I am contemplating to do the same if God wills it in the future
I went to our backyard and saw the progress of my neighbor's aprtment being built for more than four months now.
My next door neighbor's guava tree, it has a bad variety of fruit. Their property now is abandoned.
My other neighbor's Chico tree was still producing fruit, it was cut many years ago.
A few months ago after I decided to go ahead and realize my "secondary plan" for finally building this new house which we are now enjoying living into, my brother proposed to build a duplex instead where me and my parents will live in one section and then future tenants to live in the opposite side.
It is quite a brilliant plan because we can get to earn passively from the property which can sustain our needs like food and other essential things in life. However, I was contemplating about how it will cost me since it will take a lot of materials to buy plus the wages of workers that will build the supposed rental property (duplex) which myself and my parents will also live into.
One factor is that the lot where thus house is standing is not that big, it is small which is why if a duplex rental house will get constricted, we will have to and up and down type of duplex house and not the type which is side by side. So again it will take a lot of money to make it happen.
One other thing is that my parents do not want other people to live in this property because maybe we are not used to it and other things like managing the rent, the added noise which the tenants will do while I myself is concerned about the amount of money that it will take to fund the supposed project.
My main goal was to put my parents into a safe, secured, clean, comfortable, convenient, and presentable house and I am not yet maybe ready for making a business of rental property just yet. So I had forgone the proposal of my brother to have a duplex house where we will live in the other side and the tenants the other side, up or down or whatever. Besides, I am just too excited about the construction of this new house because it will be my first big project and it will be my second tie to enter a new house which I can call my own where my forts time when the old house got built during when I was just around five years old.
I am also in a hurry to build this new house because I was not feeling well a that time which coincided with my relatively very high hemoglobin levels and low blood oxygen which made me feel that I was dying not knowing that after all that, it was all a "nothing burger" after I was able to get a clearance from my hematologist and assured me that my high hemoglobin levels was just caused by my body trying to adjust its oxygen levels by automatically jacking-up my hemoglobin levels and so I was advised afterwards to stop my blood thinner medication after laboratory results had showed that I have no underlying disease process as a cause for my relatively high hemoglobin levels.
Also my mother told me beforehand that before she does that she wanted a new house built because our old house really was so bad to use that the ceiling is quite literally rotting and rain water would pour inside whenever it will rain. The the flooring would also get flooded and it is not a very good condition for my already aging parents and myself as handicapped dialysis patient. So I said to myself if I will be given the chance to begin the house project I will grab that opportunity.
That is why this house was erected with my specifications within my budget which included the solar power system to be installed together with the water softener system and water heater in the bathroom which are great additions to help us in achieving comfort, convenience, and such other benefits.
But now since I saw that my neighbor is building a rental property of their own, I am now contemplating to do the same. However it will still be a distant plan because my neighbor already owns the lot where their apartment is being constructed while for my case I do not own a lot yet where I can also build a rental property or an apartment which will make that possible venture quite an expensive undertaking.
However if God wills it, I plan to buy the already abandoned property beside our house because its owners are no longer with us and their relatives are living elsewhere which we can tentatively contact if we ever wanted to buy it from them. Then we can just proceed about building an apartment over these lots and letting my siblings and in-laws manage it for me where of course they will also get a cut from the earnings.
It is refreshing to dream about it now and maybe If God will grant me this dream, then my family will never have to worry about money anymore or at least help them in a big way for surviving this ever hard to live into that we call "life" where lots of things are uncertain and hardships are gripping us on our necks as time passes by.

Wow! It's commendable that you think this way about providing your parents with a better quality of life.
When the Lord's Prayer is answered and God's will is done here on earth, as it is already being done in heaven, we will experience what life truly is, as God promises in His word. This life we call life is nothing compared to what awaits us in that wonderful future under the kingdom of God.

This new house is very necessary for me and my parents to have because the former house is basically not safe and quite unlivable already it to mention we always feel embarrassed when relatives or guests would visit.
That is why after I was given the crucial chance to have it built, we went to have it done immediately with the assistance of my brother which was the one that oversees the construction and all the things to get it finished as soon as possible thanks be to the grace and mercy of God.
God always answered my prayers and my mother's dream to have a dream house more than she could ask for because not only we have a new house, it has a solar power system and water softener system and water heater as well. Now from having the ugliest house in our Barrio, we now have the most presentable one because of its function thank a million to God and to him the highest glory and praise.
Although I know that our lives here in this world is just temporary and what we should strive for is to be in heaven with God someday, it is also better to achieve at least some level of happiness in this world.
I for one example didn't achieve happiness because I was deprived of many things already and I still feel like I am just surviving because of my physical handicap. But at least I am getting the help and love and support from God alone together from my lovedones and church brethren from MCGI.org (my church affiliation) and that is what is important for my physical hopeless case which again I thank God a million times.

It's true. Since I started following your posts, I've seen God's hand guiding everything you've done, from the wisdom He's given to the doctors and nurses to your own ability to understand your body's processes.
