100 DAYS OF STEEM : Day 24 - Recruiting Steem Greeters [My Meet up Hunter Team Application]

I am interested in reading the announcement of 100 DAYS OF STEEM: Day 24 - Recruiting Steem Greeters. So far, if you pay attention, the problem that occurs on the platform is the lack of focus from the new Steemian/new comer. So that, they make one or two posts without greeting and then leave the platform as soon as possible. Of course it must to takes a teamwork that could guide them to find their passion and community on the platform.

We want to introduce a team that has worked for long enough in Steem Blockchain, Meet up Hunter team. a team that was initiated by several steemians from the Indonesian Steemit Community [KSI] included, @my451r @abieikram and @faizarfatria alsomyself @dilimunanzar.

My team thought that it was quite successful in bringing positive messages to steemians in Indonesia at that time, it was seen that some new Steemian/ new comer began to be active with the community in order to find their identity as steemians of course on the platform.

From the background that we have been through on the platform, we are very honored to want to return to do useful activities to the steem blockchain. Of course with the same hope, making our home more beautiful looking from the the outside.

What programs will we do if this application is accepted.

• Greetings for their presence at #introducemyself, asking them to discuss through comments in their posts, then directing it to a discord specifically provided to those newcomers who want to know more about Steemit.

• Helping newcomers find a passion that matches their hobbies, daily activities, and liking for something. By knowing their background, of course we could easily determine the choice in which direction to stay them on this platform.

• Join in the discord [if there is one] that will later be devoted to those newcomers to the platform, and provide guidance on how to make good and right posts. Of course, with the hope that the posts will look interesting and glimpsed by the content consumers.

• Provide motivation about the meaning of the wonderful the process to be traversed in Steemit, there is nothing instinctive, you are formed into Steemian through a long process. You have 365 days in a year to succeed on this platform. It is not certain we can get with any other social media out there. [No need to subcribes in thousands, endors, etc.] just enough to improve the quality of posts.

• Forming a discussion forum at Discord which will later be devoted to new comer Steemian in Indonesia, with the aim of being able to interact among themselves, talking opinions and of course provide mutual support.

• For the area of ​​coverage closest to our domicilie, my friends and me are willing to make a meet-up for new arrivals steemians (It's limited term, because it is within the exact budget)

• Curate their posts by giving suggestions so that in the future it will be better if there is still a lack, of course I really need maximum delegation. Helped by the Indonesian Steemit Community leadership of @levycore this is certainly very capable of being carried out well and successfully to those newcomers.

Saya tertarik membaca pengunguman 100 DAYS OF STEEM : Day 24 - Recruiting Steem Greeters. Selama ini jika diperhatikan memang permasalahan yang terjadi di platform adalah tidak adanya fokus dari steemian yang baru hadir, sehingga membuat mereka satu atau dua kali melakukan post tanpa sambutan lalu pergi meninggalkan platform. Tentu saja dibutuhkan sebuah kerja sama team yang bisa membimbing mereka menemukan passion dan komunitasnya di platform.

Kami ingin memperkenalkan sebuah team yang sudah bekerja cukup lama untuk steem blockchain, Meet up Hunter team. Sebuah team yang digagas oleh beberapa steemian dari komunitas steemit Indonesia antara lain, @my451r @abieikram dan @faizarfatria serta saya sendiri @dilimunanzar. Team saya pikir cukup berhasil membawa pesan positif kepada steemian di Indonesia pada saat itu, terlihat beberapa steemian pendatang baru mulai aktif bersama komunitas agar menemukan jati diri sebagai steemian tentunya di platform.

Dari latar belakang yang pernah kami lalui di platform, dengan sangat merasa terhormat kami ingin kembali melakukan aktifitas yang bermanfaat kepada steem blockchain. Tentu saja dengan harapan yang sama, membuat rumah kita ini semakin indah terlihat dari luar sana.

Berikut ini adalah beberapa post yang mungkin bisa menjadi bahan pertimbangan @steemitblog untuk menerima aplikasi dari team kami sebagai Steem Greeters.

Program apa saja yang akan kami lakukan jika aplikasi ini diterima.

• Menanti kehadiran mereka di #introducemyself, mengajaknya berdiskusi melalui komentar di postingan miliknya, kemudian mengarahkannya menuju discord yang disedikan khusus kepada mereka pendatang baru yang ingin tahu lebih banyak tentang steemit.

• Membantu pendatang baru menemukan passion yang cocok dengan hobby, kegiatan keseharian, serta kesukaannya terhadap sesuatu. Dengan mengetahu latar belakang tersebut tentu kami bisa dengan mudah menentukan pilihan ke arah mana ia harus bertahan di platform ini.

• Bergabung ke dalam discord [jika ada] yang nantinya dikhususkan kepada mereka pendatang baru di platform, serta melakukan bimbingan cara membuat postingan yang baik dan benar. Tentu saja dengan harapan postingan akan tampak menarik dan dilirik oleh para whale nantinya.

• Memberikan motivasi tentang arti indahnya proses yang akan dilalui di steemit, tidak ada sesuatu yang instans, anda dibentuk menjadi steemian melalui proses panjang. Anda memiliki 365 hari dalam satu tahun untuk sukses di platform ini. Hal itu belum tentu bisa kita dapatkan dengan media sosial lain manapun diluaran sana. [Tidak butuh subcribes ribuan, endors atau lain sebagainya] cukup hanya meningkatkan kualitas postingan saja.

• Membentuk forum diskusi di discord yang nantinya dikhusukan bagi steemian pendatang di Indonesia, dengan tujuan mereka dapat berinteraksi antar sesama, bertukar pendapat dan tentunya saling memberi support.

• Untuk wilayah cakupan yang terdekat dengan saya berdomisili, saya dan kawan-kawan bersedia membuat meet up bagi steemian pendatang baru (bersifat terbatas, karena memang sesuai dengan anggaran pastinya)

• Kurasi postingan mereka dengan memberi saran agar bagaimana nantinya kedepan lebih baik lagi jika masih terdapat kekuranagn, tentu saja saya sangat membutuhkan delegasi yang maksimal. Dibantu Komunitas Steemit Indonesia dibawah pimpinan @levycore tentu hal ini sangat mampu untuk dilaksakan dengan baik dan sukses kepada mereka para pendatang baru.
