[AVLE] Updates (0.9.13) - Selectable texts, multiple RPC servers

I have been developing a new steem dapp, AVLE which is an all-new frontend with cool features

Updates
- Now you can select texts of a post
- AVLE automatically searches a working rpc server
- Bug fiixes: replying to a comment, comment preview, and more.
The current version of AVLE is 0.9.13. If you want to use the following new feature, you have to update the app and check the version in the side menu.
You can update the app by pressing
- for Windows: Ctrl + Shift + r
- for MacOS: Command + Shift + r
1. Selectable Texts
You can select texts of a post. But on mobile, you can set a block of texts but it is not able to copy the texts due to some issue.
For images, it is very strange that context menu when you click the right button does not i nclude copy image address as below. I dug into this issue, but I could not find a solution.
2. Select a working RPC server
Recently there were issues in steemit.com to connect to a rpc server. To alleviate this connection issue, AVLE uses several RPC servers and selects a working server when the existing server is down.
The following servers are used:

3. Bug fixes
I fixed several bugs:
- bug in replying to a comment
- bug in delegating steem power
- bug in preview of a comment

Thank you @etainclub for all your work. I had some break in using AVLE but my husband used it for the couple of posts and positively surprised. It is obvious that there is an improvment if using AVLE. Also the time when Steemit had a problem it was possible to use hte App.
