Call a priest ⛪🥑
Today i have been a semi busy morning for me where i managed to create a garden bed thingie so we can grow some vegetables, i got the wood for free 😁or as others may say "you stole it" - yep!
So when i go walking around the neighbour i see bits of wood what builders have cut and piled, most of this wood is sitting out the front of a new build as i walk past.
Been thinking we need some where we can grow some veggies, after lots of walks i saw around 6 bits of timber lying around and thought - i could borrow that.
So this morning after my 6am walk i decided to jump in the car around 6.20am and go and grab these bits of wood, no one else was around and if anyone did see me , i would just say they are sitting effectivley on the side of the road - thought it was there to grab.
Once home i needed to design/cut and nail them together which for some one that has always struggled with basic hammering i nailed it - all of the nails i put in went in like i am a fully qualified builder - very strange.
I feel like there was someone else in my body doing the hammering which why i think i need a priest to get whoever is inside me out.
Anyway the garden frame is up and now we just need to fill it with compost & dirt, its not 100% perfect but will do the job.
Think of me getting the wood for free as recycling.
Avocado Tree 🥑
6 years ago my partner chucked a Avocado stone in a glass of water and about a month later it sprouted and was planted in the corner of our section - the big tall one.
We have been hoping for a some fruit over the past couple of years and have had nothing, a few people hve said to us that Avocado trees started this way dont always produce fruit.

This morning while taking a break from my hard labour i spotted some fruit - tiny at this stage but still fruit!
We are quite excited about this and i will be watering the shit out of that garden every night now as their is also a Lime tree and now a pumpkin coming up as well.
So that has been my morning's work/exercise which i feel quite pleased with, looking forward to some Avocado's in the near future.

Wow, the biggest avocado tree I've ever seen in my life I liked it a lot 😍 I put the avocado kernel in water like your partner and cropped the soil but it looks like a small plant in 2 years😄 It is really nice to read your post, have a good day 🤗

We actually thought about a year ago the tree would not give us anything, but hopefully soon we will be having Avocado on toast for breakfast/lunch & dinner.

I believe that you will have many menu with avocado so I wanna share a recipe that I like so much:
1 avocado, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 slice of white cheese, 1 clove of garlic, 1 pinch of salt, black pepper. Mash all these ingredients with a fork or mix them in a blender. Cut a few cherry tomatoes in half and fry them in olive oil and add thyme. Toast the bread and put the avocado mixture on top, then add the fried thyme tomatoes on it.

The avacado tree looks very healthy and very soon you will have avacados to eat. And lime and pumpkins. And whatever you decide to grow. You are going to be a farmer soon! 😀
