Birds of Alcatraz Deu/Eng

Hallo liebe Community,
Alcatraz, die Gefängnisinsel in der Bucht von San Francisco ist ein wahres Paradies für alle Arten von Vögeln. Große Bereiche der Insel sind abgesperrt und diesen tausenden von Vögeln als Nistplätze. Durch die vielen Besucher jedes Jahr sind die Vögel an den Menschen gewöhnt und lassen sich überhaupt nicht stören. Möwen, Kraniche, Kormorane und Gänse bevölkern die Insel zu tausenden. Ein wahrlich beeindruckendes Spektakel. Nur sollte man aufpassen, was so über einem in der Luft fliegt. Da kann es schon mal vorkommen, dass einer der Vögel ein kleines "Geschenk" fallen lässt und bei der Größe ist das nicht gerade wenig. 😉

Alcatraz, the prison island in San Francisco Bay is a true paradise for all kinds of birds. Large areas of the island are cordoned off and this thousands of birds as nesting sites. Due to the many visitors each year, the birds are accustomed to humans and are not disturbed at all. Seagulls, cranes, cormorants and geese populate the island by the thousands. A truly impressive spectacle. But you should be careful what flies above you in the air. It can happen that one of the birds drops a small "gift" and with the size that is not exactly little 😉.
