Today, I share with you a photograph of a passion fruit flower. Passion fruit has been produced on the island of São Miguel since the 18th century and is distinguished by its intense fragrance and unique organoleptic characteristics.

Smooth and shiny skin with a uniform purple color
Golden yellow pulp, where small seeds are surrounded by a viscous and juicy film
Pleasant taste
