RE: The Future of Steem: Community Building is a Complicated Business!

in WORLD OF XPILAR4 years ago

Hello, excuse me. Since you say that as thoughts and ideas are welcome.

  • There are communities for the same topic, as well as different communities for the same country. Why are not all the people of the same country focused on growing a single account? Today everyone wants to manage their own communities because in a certain way only administrators are rewarded. People only care about their personal benefit. If we continue like this, each user will create their own community and there will be the same number of communities as the number of users.

  • The administrators and moderators of country communities are really trying to convince which influential personalities and with the capacity to invest in their country to find out what is happening here in steemit. How is it possible to change the lives of people who are interested in creating quality content? Are they doing the right promotion? They're just bringing people in and teaching them how to withdraw.

It occurs to me that administrators and representatives of communities of countries should seek external support and motivate their followers to do so. Make a suitable promotion and use parts of your rewards to contribute to a promotion that attracts investors (politicians, influencers, entrepreneurs, artists.) People who are really interested in helping the community of their country, and who understand that it can be invest the money and earn interest or profit by rewarding other people's content. That your money will always be there available in case you want to withdraw it when you like, and that by giving a like or positive vote you are contributing to the personal growth of the content creator and in turn you are earning the same, that the more you support the more you can earn .

We wealthy people must collect money from rewards to pay for a promotional advertisement or advertising that allows the information to actually reach the people we need to come.

If it is not possible for the country communities to have an account that is independent and that does not need the mercy of the healing team to reward the members and users of their community, we must at least get investors to come to support.

The current promotions will really be like this? People promote what they want (I have even seen proportions where they misuse company logos ie "The steem stripes with the name of steemit.com" and vice versa. People still do not know the difference of this. Their representatives are Have they been commissioned to let you know?

-We also need a mobile application where people can easily create their account, publish (write the publications with options to center images, justify texts, among others), comment, invest, Power up, transfer, read the publications in any language, etc. Today everything is being done easily from our smartphone and I think that steemit should not be left behind.

These are two ideas that I think will make us become a trend around the world.

Sort:

I totally agree with you. It hurts me when I see many communities with same topic or even from same country. What could be the purpose of that? The only one answer that comes to mind is those communities are not built to gather the people of same taste, they are built to earn extra vote from @steemcurator01. It is time we thought about it.

Another thing, the CR of each country should motivate every member to build Steem Power. They need to make everyone understand how powering up helps the whole community. Being selfish and withdrawing all Steem/SBD earnt from posts is harmful for both the community and Steemit.

Yes - re multiple communities.

Yes - re Country Representatives.

We will shortly be announcing a new group of CRs. We will be encouraging them, along with the existing CRs, to encouraging people to build their Steem Power.

We are keen to reward those people who are powering up and not constantly extracting their vote rewards.

4 Bangladeshi country communities. It is never possible to increase power by opening more than one community in this way. Earlier steem-bangladesh community had 90000 sp. The sp has decreased due to the opening of new communities there. I think a country needs to have a community.

Many communities are getting support at booming. But they are not powering up. If 4000$ votes are cast per month in a community then at least 7000 sp is generated in that community. Then if everyone power up. Then 7000 sp community will increase every month. But I have noticed many communities whose power is not increasing.

You need to notice these aspects. Admins of every community need to be strict. Those who are not power up. They should not be supported in booming or contest.

I heard from @rex-sumon that you decided to not want to work with him and @tarpan and that was why they created more communities. It seems that you don't know why this been happening and would love to hear the story from your side too

They had already created the community And they worked in their own community. They did not give time to steem-bangladesh community. Besides, they made a mistake. That's why I left them out And the main reason you do not know. I was excluded from their mod If there is no mod, that delegation cannot be kept. Does it make any sense?

Rex-sumon- world of photography
tarpan- world of cricket

But here are the 4 same communities in Bangladesh that have been mentioned. Their admin is other people.

around the world
Bangladesh
Best.Bangladesh

These three communities are not admin tarpan or rex-sumon.

7 new communities are opening in Bangladesh. It is never possible to increase power by opening more than one community in this way.

Yes, that's unfortunate. We were the top SP holder once.

Yes, that would make Steemit the Steemit we dream about!

Very much agree with your thoughts.

We would prefer there to be one unifying community for each country but unfortunately personality differences seem to lead to splits and breakaway communities appear within individual countries.

Likewise for topic communities - although there may be cases for subdivisions of large topic areas into separate communities.

We really really want communities to become more self-reliant and build up their Steem Power to support their own members. When we give generous votes to community accounts we very much expect those to be fully powered up - and certainly not extracted to reward individuals.

The next stage for the development of communities is for them to start reaching out to advertise themselves to the outside world and bring new people to the platform. Ideally people willing to invest and build their Steem Power.

We will be looking out to reward those communities who actively and succesfully do that.

Regarding a mobile app, for the time being, hopefully PLAY STEEM can fulfil that role.

Thank you very much for your contribution here.

Hello

We are working hard to rekindle our steemit adventure that we have left unfinished and to create new user potential, Steemit-Türkiye community in our to encourage new users. We are very happy to support them by doing some activities for the community. In this process, it would be selfish to expect support only from curator accounts.

We do our best to create our own curation by constantly instilling in the users in our community that the correct use of the votes given by the curator and the importance of SP is important. One of the biggest features that distinguishes Steemit Turkey from other communities is that it is a community token.

First of all, we want them to strengthen their personal accounts by directing the users correctly and warning them about sp. It is really difficult to get positive votes at first. Many of our high-quality content in our community just disappears without getting high ratings.

We say that in order to encourage them and keep them on the platform, they should support them by getting votes from the nutbox in return for the tr token we have created and that they should raise this support as sp. We believe that we will create our own curation in a short time thanks to the conscious people in our community. Our work on this subject will continue.

The Steemwomensclub community helps us a lot in this regard, and strives to highlight quality posts among female friends in our community.

Although we as a society have formed different communities, nobody should doubt that we will bring them all together for a single goal. We will continue to work and grow stronger. We will protect our unity, we will always continue to support each other.

In our Steem activity club community, it is aimed to gather and strengthen users from different communities by organizing various competitions. We have a dream, we will continue to work to achieve that dream.

regards

The price of steem is the main fact that people couldn't hold themselves to powerdown and not powering up. I remember when you only support 100% powerup post. That time was golden time. Everyone had a lot of steem power. Is there anyway to start that 100% power up post trend again? 200% powerup post isn't promising I guess.

Community split is a great problem. Community account losts a lot of Delegation. Beside a lot of Newcomers'. They doesn't even care of powering up or Delegation.

Yes, the increased price of Steem may trigger our greediness. But if we act accordingly that, how can we increase the value of Steem? We need to put aside our greed and believe in Steemit.

We really really want communities to become more self-reliant and build up their Steem Power to support their own members. When we give generous votes to community accounts we very much expect those to be fully powered up - and certainly not extracted to reward individuals.

I totally agree with the goal of a community should be more self-reliant and building up their Steem Power to support their own members.
As for payout reward for the community accounts expected to fully power up, this might be a bit difficult, as building a community takes a lot of time, planning, and organizing & administering a contest, especially if the participants or members are many. I think moderators who help in the process of building the community should be rewarded/incentivized with some portion of the payout reward, as I believe the majority of those coming to Steemit and offer to help to build a community expecting that their work is rewarded.

It seems that it is not easy, just look, almost all existing communities only empower a small group of community members, maybe even only their closest relatives, there needs to be an equal distribution of positive votes for members who have tried hard to work or create content so that no one feels abandoned by its own community.

To put it on behalf of the Steem Women club, we have understood your goal. That's why we get stronger by making SP for all the rewards you give. We hope that one day we will be high-voting communities without depending on you Our goal and goal is common. It pleases us that you inform us in this way. For the communities of the country, the biggest problem falls on the country representatives. Whoever is in Steemit must be a fair system. Vote for the employee and those who work. the communities of the country should also vote in this way. If not, why still there is a representative? I will provide equal support for both my community and people in my own country. Thanks for your support to us.

I agreed With You! Steemit needs people who wants to build and not just take money a leave.

I think people that work for You "CR" "curators" must encourage people to power Up

If You need a curator for a BETTER LIFE WITH STEEM PROJECT, I am available I have posted some Digest examples, and I am powering up every post I Made

If there is something that I can help With let me know

I totally agree with you sir , we should try our best to spread Steemit platform so that we could help more and more people and make them invest on steem

Start by getting to know your Country Representatives...

You only started in March, and looking at your wallet all you have done is cash out your SBDs.

I also 2 days ago thawed steem for expenses my dad was sick if I didn't need to charge I wouldn't thaw steem
