Baking with fresh yeast

Hello my dear Steemians,
It is Sunday so it is time to bake soemthing. We recently bought fresh yesat instead of normal dry one. It took time to order that, I was not able to buy locally that is why we ordered in Amazon and it was from France. The cube of 42g I decided to test it for my pizza.

It is simply diluted in water with a bit of sugar and I left it for falf an hour to stay but then mixed with salt and flour and after couple of hours it looks like that.


Here some vegetables that I decided to use as toppings and once the dough was ready, toppings were on it with some cheese and up into oven 180C for 10 minutes. I think next time I need to use more water because it was a bit dry.

@stef1 I literally knew you for being an awesome artist. I never knew you could also make this foreign cuisine delicacy called pizza. This is very thoughtful of you. I swear your weekend was full of amazing memories while waiting for your foreign yeast to arrive.
Your wife must really be proud of you. I apparently like men who can prepare meals for their spouse too.
