Public Holiday: Platinum Party of Queen

Hello my dear Steemians,
This week there is a big event in UK the Queen will become the first British Monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee after 70 years of service. That is the longest period of time that any Monarch was at rule continuously and luckily for her after WW2 it was peace and no major conflicts.
This week there are some area when the government announced Public holiday for the whole three days 01-02-03 of June. Over here in NHS Scoltand we have only one day and it is today, despite of that I am working today and hopefully tomorrow and Sunday will enjoy my weekend.
There will be some television programs and events that are planned, as well as local places are organizing street parties.
For ordinary people it is nice reason to gather together and have some parties after 3 years of COVID. Using this chance I am wishing you all nice weekend.

Британские королевы - долгожительницы!
Да она долгожительница и интересно что все ее здесь любят, не так как в старые времена. Но с другой стороны, если народ живет хорошо и доволен то королевству нечего бояться
Но и Королева является лишь символом страны. Она не управляет. Кстати, у неё и паспорта вроде как нет. Помню такой вопрос в "Что? Где? Когда?". и деньги вяделяемые на содержание Королевского Дворца в разы ниже того дохода, что дает этот Дворец в качестве объекта туристического интеерса.
