Street Fair:To be a child once again
Today I wanted to share with you our highlight from last Saturday it is a fair, the Links Market in Kirkcaldy, Fife is Europe's longest street fair I do not know how correct it is but it is called here in all the local news. That happens in spring and this time end of April, luckily the weather was dry and sunny.
I love to go there because it reminds me my childhood time, I love to see how people get excited, the children have a lot of fun and often we see adults who are also feel them again as children.
This time my goal was to get a nice ginger heart, that is why me and my hubby we went to the market in anticipation of such nice delicious treat for me.
While passing through the crown of people we have seen few rides that I managed to capture when there were not many people and wanted to share here.
This is something that enjoyed as children, because we loved to drive a car and that was a chance to do so
This is another favourite attraction "Ghost train", that is something that we were excited to know what is behind of such walls and we promised our friends that it will not be scary for us. On other hand we all recalled how it was in horror movies that something could happen while the ride.
*Now this is the sweet treat, a lot of different kind of fudge and the stand with donuts and Nutella and a lot of other sweets. This time we di not find any ginger heart, so I was a bit upset with that, but who knows maybe next time.

When we were children or teenagers we did not have any concerns and just took part in rides, the older we get we think differently. We look what condition the mechanical parts have, if there any rusty parts and also wait for a day or so to make sure that everything is functioning well. But still it is a great event and nice that it is well visited.
Yes, times were different, as if a little calmer. We used to play ball in the street without any worries, and now I have a hard time crossing that same street because of the already heavy traffic in the redeveloped neighborhood. Nowadays, I wonder how we ever got along without cell phones 😆

Мне кажется, что раньше жизнь была честнее, что ли. Сейчас много внешней шелухи, которая блестит и прикрывает пустышки.
Truth be told I really missed the childhood days trust me. Those times when I am free from the world of worries and fear. I wake up innocent and live the life without worries
I believe we only appreciate our childhood happy days when we are adults and we do not realise how quickly time will pass.
