WOX users: Tips how to increase your visiblity for Steemcurators
Hello dear Steemians,
Today I wanted to sum up some of the tips how to make is possible to be seen by SteemcuratorXX accounts.
In WOX luckily we have the opportunity of getting support from WOX trial but also many contests with Steem in Prizes that are run by many Moderators of Community.
On the top of that there are many other opportunity to be seen by Steemcurator accounts.
Tips how to increase your visibility for Steemcurators

While being within WOX, we often use the country labels next to the users name, unfortunately, those labels are not visible when users posting outside of community. When we were looking at the statistics of the Steemcurators accounts we do not see many countries like USA, European countries, but I was told because users do not use country tags that is why they are not identified and it will make it easy to be seen.
I would like to ask everyone simple use one tag for your country, that is something that I also do not do on regular basis but will start doing it.

Often when we want to do the post we can have a writing blockage and maybe because of bad weather we do not have nice photographs. If that is the case then you can look into the Steem Community Challenge:
We all know that such Challenge posts might be visited by SC01 or SC02 that is nice side effect of taking part in such contests. I would not advice to take a part for the sake of chasing the Votes. It definitely will not work and just will take a lot of your time. But this is a chance for creative writing. So write if we like the topic to keep your blog active.
Another tip is when you like commenting you can leave a thoughtful comment under the others users posts. Such comments could be visited by SCXX accounts and that is something more than your posts receive without such support.

The whole idea of support that is given by the Steemit Team is to encourage users to do Steem Power UP, to invest into the Steem. That will help to stake Steem so that less Steem on the market. Depending on how much of Steem you are Powering up: like 50% of your Payout, 75% of your Payout or 100% of your Payout you can use appropriate tag.
I do not get the country tag.
If I post a drawing, and add a country tag, it is not logic.
Even if a sc looks at country tag now, the algorithm or the way they operate will/should change.
Tags should mean something.
Shouldn't the CONTENT matters?
That is what should be improved, maybe with tags, or any other way.
So people can enjoy the content they are looking for.
I know, it is Steemit, it operates differently, yet it should strive to get better.
I agree the content is important, the country tag they would like to have so that when curating they cover users from different countries too, because often there are users from the same countries and it feels like some countries are more often covered than others. So tag will give no privilege of getting Upvote but for fair distribution of the rewards.
The whole story about country tag is going on for last 3 years and it was already discussed many times.
I added in one post the Israel tag, just cause you recommended, and you know best. Not sure I will always remember, my mind is always thinking which tags are representing the content, like "drawing", "painting", "art", etc.

Yes, that would be good. I do not know if the country tag will change much, but I was told by many curators that they struggle to identify where the users are coming from. So hope that it will be give them more idea.

I understand the importance of country tags for some of the larger communities like Venezuela, Korea and the Philippines that have their own community managers... but (for example) there might be total of three active posters from Denmark, so I wonder how relevant that is? Besides, I don't POST in Danish...

Will start giving the country tags a try. I always use all the tags I can but feel the last few aren't really useful.
