Tonight, I'll show you the Leaf Roller Caterpillar. While you're on vacation with your family, this caterpillar is currently in abundance on leaves, breeding after the rainy season subsided last week.

This caterpillar also has a fine powdery coating on its outer skin. When I found it, it wasn't moving yet. As it continued to move, the powdery coating disappeared as I photographed it.

In the image below, you'll see several parts, for example:

• the entire leaf surface

• the tail

This caterpillar is a type that frequently disturbs farmers' crops, such as banana trees, chili pepper leaves, and several other plants.
