Unfortunately, there are many great posts that deserve upvote and other posts that do not deserve upvote.
It is very difficult to reach everyone
There are many who are just here to take out their profits every day
I can understand that when they need every penny to spend their day
But the rest who have the opportunity to strengthen their Steem Power should do so. Because then the opportunity to vote for others is great, not just those with greater SP because we can not reach everyone.
Steem Power is the heart of our entire system.
When most people understand that, many more will be rewarded and new users will come to our platform.
