Steemit Engagement Challenge S12 W3 | Naturally green

Hello dear Steemians,
Today I would like to invite you for the challenge that is running by Comunidad Latina Community, because it gives us an open topic to show many ideas about the colours around us and in our life:
Naturally green |
|---|
When we think about life it is always associated with vegetation and water, on some stage of developing of our planet it came to such successful balance that the first life and living organism appeared and of course it was simple one but it was life.
What do we the inhabitants of Earth need to exist? We need Oxygen. How we can get oxygen? From our plants, vegetation, trees, they all produce oxygen through photosynthesis.
That sounds very scientific but in reality it is very simple and I remember myself in school, probably in the 6th year when we studied Botanic and learnt that I was astonished, we also studied the leaves under microscope and adding a colour to water could see how that is transported through little "veins" of a leaf and equally reached the edges of it.
So what about the nature about us and where we can find green colours?
In Spring it is he best time to see how after cold winter, by the way we usually have cold winter, recently might be less cold than before about -3C to -10C , but still it is enough to miss spring. That is why, once it is warm and there are first insect, we can find such little insect like grasshopper.
We usually have many plants in pots on terrace and often see those little friends who after winter enjoying warm sun rays. The front image was done by one of our first Nikon Coolpic 950 camera. All the photographs we do with a camera, because you can see the object very well and and the quality of photograph is good.
This little hopper found the tallest blade of grass and perhaps was just looking around and was still and have not noticed being in our camera. For us he was the best model

This image is one of oldest one taken probably more than 25 years ago with normal film camera when @myskye was young and on his trip to New Zealand. You can imagine the country with then magnificent mature that we all know from such movies like "Lord of the Ring", "Hobbits" and "Avatar". This photo is one of the favourite of my hubby and who know maybe one day we will return there this time together.
Spring and autumn offers many rainy days, some of them just fine rain, that does not bother and we can still for walk without any umbrella, but often it is a lot of water and we prefer to stay at home.
What I love to do is to have a walk just after rain, it is nice fresh smell of rain in the air, for my it always associated with smell of watermelon, but my hubby can not smell it like me, that always makes us to have fun, because the first what I asked him is: can you smell watermelon, he always says: No. But it does not matter we just have a fan
My hubby @myskye loves capturing rain drops , that is why after rain it is the time to hunt for rain drops with his camera.
Often in summer we visit the biological station, @myskye, my hubby started to support it with monthly donation even before we married and also despite of us being now in other country. We love going for walk and to see that it is getting better, well looked after and also there are many little observation houses, we have managed to capture this little frog who was spying us too.
We have planted some sweet pepper plants in pots this year and all of them came out nicely and growing well, we still waiting for that they get mature and become red, at the moment they are still green. The images take using "Sony DSC-RX100" camera
I would like to invite @bambuka, @digi-me, @benoitblanc to this challenge

Thank you and I am pleased you like our Visual Art photography :)
Saludos, SLPS.
You are right to make a photo of something is not so easy, it is also a kind of Art, my hobby is very good with that, that is why I let him to make pictures of my painting too.
We also planted mostly flowers, but this year my hubby collected few seeds from sweet pepper and planted many of them without thinking if they all will grow or now. But it is great to have pwn vegetables. We will try to plant more early in spring now.
Saludos. SLPS

Hello dear friend!
First of all, I would like to praise all of the images that you have used in your post. There is no doubt that the natural beauty is endless and we can just imagine it by a single little sign, just like the little frog in the water.
And secondly, the dew drops that we mostly observe on the tips of the leaves and branches in the morning seemed like the diamonds are sparkling with charm. Again, your picture are just beautiful. Good luck for the contest!
Thank you, I am glad that you like the images, I love them too. The drops are amazing, it is natural wonder and good combination of green and water.
