David Jones is Australia’s oldest and most iconic luxury department store for its heritage and premium retail experience. It remains my favorite in Australia for its culture, luxury, fashion, and price range.

David Jones, I jokingly call DJ, is a Sydney-based company which is supposed to be one of the oldest department stores in different products for men women and children styling.

As every world-famous company has their own logo, David Jones's motto is:

Bringing the best of the world to one place

I find the staff of this store knowledgeable and friendly, who provide helpful advice that is certainly a great shopping experience. Their smooth service and personalized assistance is always a delight to be there every time I need something.

Incidentally, David Jones has 40 plus stores in Australia and New Zealand, in all major cities including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide.

The David Jones in Westfield Woden, offers a great range of high-quality facilities in store and all their services are designed to provide a wonderful shopping experience for their customers.

They have separate floors for ladies and gents with all modern facilities, customer service desks, and specialist service areas.

My personal experience has always been good with David Jones because of their focus on responsible sourcing, waste reduction, and most of all, their emphasis on climate impact. The well acknowledge their responsibilities towards the environment and also cultural custodianship of the communities.​

David Jones has a large customer base online through their website visits and shopping app. The company, as is common in this country, has an e-commerce platform which enhances personalization and reliability.

My preferred David Jones store in Canberra is in Woden, but I visit Canberra Center at times and I feel the Woden store, with its 150 staff members, does a great job dealing with its customers. As we all know, the "Fair Trade" policy in place in all Australian businesses helps further.

I have to move back to India so I did a symbolic purchase of this tee since I do not want to add weight to my luggage from this collection of cheap items. It was A$5.50 or 38 Steem
