Memorial Open Stage, Savar

Hello friends, today I will share with you a place called Open Stage next to the National Memorial of Bangladesh. Our National Memorial of Bangladesh is located in Savar. The Open Stage located inside the National Memorial of Savar is mainly created for various activities related to our national history and consciousness. Although the general public is not allowed to go inside, only the military can enter here. However, as a visitor, I was able to take pictures from outside.

There are several purposes for creating this open platform, the first of which is cultural programs. It is Military bus for patriotic songs, poetry recitations and dramas on various national days such as Victory Day, Independence Day.

During this time, dignitaries from all over the country are present here. They review all the activities of the participants. To go here, you must pass through the main gate of the National Memorial. The main gate is very beautifully designed.

When any special event or special day is celebrated, the heads of the best military forces of the country are invited here. Their main duty is to come here and express their thoughts.

They hold various diplomatic discussions with respect to the country. This stage has been created to hold discussions and seminars. Special discussions are organized here to spread the spirit of the Liberation War and in memory of the martyrs. Government buses for the movement of the military are parked next to this open stage.

The road to the open platform has been beautifully constructed. When I went there was no program or event going on, so it was open to all, but no one was allowed to enter. When a major national day is celebrated, a discussion is organized to honor the martyrs and those who sacrificed their lives for the country.

It serves as a well-organized place for guests to sit and large gatherings during such national events. The cleaning staff always keeps the place clean so that government military officials can move through it. The floor you can see below is terracotta colored and beautiful trees have been planted around it to enhance its beauty.

Sometimes many tourists from abroad come to see these places. Also, sometimes foreign civil officials come to see all these monuments of Bangladesh. Since the National Monument of Bangladesh is located next to it, it has been designed in such a way that visitors can enjoy the beauty of the monument from there and spend time in a peaceful environment.

I think these places are best for those who want to do historical research. There are green trees all around, due to which sometimes you can stand under the shade during the sun. A space has been kept aside next to this stage so that all the people can stand together and perform their duties. Next to it, the Public Works Office has been created to control several sectors.

A cultural center of national pride and remembrance. Bangladesh's National Day is December 16. On this day, a discussion meeting is held to honor all the martyrs of Bangladesh. Although only government officials can participate in this meeting, the public can watch from outside.

Inside, all the military personnel are gathered and the parade ground is decorated. Those who gave their lives for the country are honored here and the flag is hoisted. It is really nice to see such government monuments in the middle of nature, especially to see the new green trees.

There are many historical stories in Bangladesh, and it is a great honor to visit such historical places and pay respect to the country. I am very proud that I live in a country where millions of people have sacrificed their lives to protect their country. I respect all the martyrs. Many such speeches are given on an open stage, which is a responsible act for the country.
