My Actifit Report Card: January 3 2021
Good evening actfiters I hope you're all doing well getting active in the new year! I've smashed it today, most likely my highest step count on the platform.
Today is my last day up in regional Victoria on the Murray and I decided to go for a walk and a run to take in all I can. I've done these walks many times over the years and each year something is new.
A new home, a new road, a new building, a new shop. As the saying goes, you can't stop progress no matter how slow it is.
There used to be nothing out here, zilch. A car would pass once a day if that. But now, every 30mins if not more another car passes.
The roads were once owned by locals and truck drivers hauling their freight across the country.
But still, it remains a beautiful walk and at the end or anywhere really is the beautiful Murray River to jump into to cool off and enjoy.
