My Actifit Report Card: April 1 2026
Happy April Fools Day to all my Actifit friends. I hope everyone had a great day (without too much joking or mischief).
We had a very nice spell of cooling rain showers overnight and the cloudy sky this morning meant very comfortable conditions for a run on the trail.
Even though I only covered 5 km my legs felt good and my pace was good considering it was off road.
Lulu was ready for a better hike in the afternoon and we went up the forest service road to trot along the (now sunny and warm) trails along the base of the mountains.
As always Lulu was content to lead the way pausing every now and then for a different and piddle. Even with the bright sun it was mild so we easily covered a nice 3 miles.
Maybe up to Flagstaff tomorrow or Friday.
