My Actifit Report Card: April 4 2026
It was a beautiful Saturday as Spring has arrived with flowers abundant and birds all around.
I got out fairly early for a longer loop through the neighboring housing area with a couple of miles along the trail.
My pace was better today and I felt good for the whole route. Plus, having cooler weather is a big factor to help me do better these days.
I wanted to hike the trails in the hills with Lulu this afternoon but Lulu really didn't want to go along there so we headed down to Old Cottonwood to hike the Jail Trail instead.
Plenty of folks on the trail so Lulu got plenty of attention and it was a pleasant few miles.
