My Actifit Report Card: April 6 2026
My legs were a bit tired today after my Flagstaff hike yesterday so my run was a lot easier 5 km loop on the trail.
More cloudy skies and cool weather for my run so the trail was a pleasant break from the road.
So not to bad for a run and as our time here in Arizona winds down and I look forward to getting back to Spearfish
Lulu was happy when we went out for our afternoon hike along the Verde River trails with rain clouds gathering over the mountains.
Only a few other people on the trails but g plenty of interesting things to check and smell. The river is flowing lower due to the lack of rain but there is more than enough water for Lulu to cool off.
So another productive day and time to get more things packed up for our trip north in a few weeks.
