My Actifit Report Card: April 7 2026
Not too exciting a day as my activity was the usual morning walk and a decent 5 km loop on the woodsy Blowout Trail.
It's nice that the weather continues to be nice with just a few drops of rain overnight so the conditions were good when I hit the trail.
Lots of birds and bugs were out and the flowering shrubs lent a nice fragrance to the air.
Wrapped up the afternoon with a couple of miles down along the Verde River.
So much fun for Lulu to trot around the forest and it's always great to spend time along the river with my little doggy.
