My Actifit Report Card: March 30 2026
Thankfully the weather moderated today with clouds rolling in throughout the day which helped keep the temperature a bit more tolerable.
My legs felt much more lively and I was able to cover a 4 mile loop mostly on the narrow trails with an easier downhill stretch on the road back to our park.

I'm just tired of this early dry heat and it will be nice when we're finally get some much needed precipitation.
By late in the afternoon the cloudy sky and nice cooling breeze meant we were set to enjoy great conditions for a hike along the Verde River.

Plenty of people enjoying themselves in the Old Town shops and quite a few out on the river trails as well. Lulu was cruising along and I was right behind her. A perfect way to end the beginning of a new week.
Hoping to get up to Flagstaff for a hike high up on Humphreys Peak at the Arizona Snowbowl to take in some high altitude scenery.
