Welcome to this week's post about our sports writing contest results. This week, we only had one qualifying post made directly on The World of Sports community page. That entry is linked/listed below for everyone to check out! This week's prize will be paid in @steembasicincome credits!

Anytime we do have a winner, the @upvotefund account will notify you that your account with them has been activated (if it hasn't already) and give you your balance once the deposit happens. Look further into the program if you're not up to speed with it. @steembasicincome is similar, but you will not get a notification after the first deposit.

We're starting a new contest here on The World of Sports, beginning Monday and continuing every week moving forward. The contest will involve doing five simple things.
Write something about sports. It does not matter what you write if the topic is sports-related. The article must be at least 200 words, with no plagiarism and no obvious/bad AI writing. We're looking for original content...that's what's most important here.
The article MUST contain the tag #worldofsports along with the other tags you choose to use. The article also needs to have | The World of Sports | at the end of the title.

YOU MUST RE-STEEM & UPVOTE THIS POST!!!
You MUST subscribe to the The World of Sports!
That's it...if you do those five things, you'll be entered into the contest.
Winners will be decided by individual post upvotes on each article and following directions. You can enter/write more than once, but only your best-up-voted post counts!
The prizes are as follows:
1st Place = 5 UVF's or SBIs
2nd & 3rd Place = 3 UVF each
