I haven't done one of these in a while and seeing how I'm stressed to the max over court Monday- this is as good a time as any! My Pinterest friends send me these and I've saved up a few of the funnier ones! ENJOY!!!

Advertisements sure reveal a lot about what our culture used to be like. Much more than history books, I'd argue.
Also, it's interesting how much more racy and "inappropriate" European advertising is. And then there's the Japanese!
Sounds like the old Tiporello commercials of the 60's. I've got a bunch of cool old cigarette ads.
People think it's crazy, but I love the smell of cigarettes on a woman's breath.

Most of mine are hot chicks (you'd think I'd know better at my age) but I have a few friends that post Vietnam stuff and one or two that post some really funny stuff!
Interesting that we can laugh at old advertising... but we don't laugh at new advertising.
Well, usually, I get upset and yell at the Tell-a-vision to stop lying.
I can easily imagine a time in the future where advertising will be banned. Not by law, but by the backlash of people from the being manipulated.

They were a lot more honest on the surface of things back then. They just keep polishing the lies up a little more every year...until there is nothing but lack luster.. of the worst kind.

Funny! Especially the "dehydrated water". I\ll bet that it was sold in novelty stores as a gag gift.
So there you are... I thought you were mad at me! I wonder if it's real??? The can looks as though it is and I seem to remember something else I saw recently about dehydrated water... My posts today weren't up top par... I'm nervous as a cat- been pacing all day. I had to shell out $500 for a lawyer. May not need him,. but better safe than sorry!!!

How do you like it so far? The part in the first story where the character Eddie was walking down the old dirt road actually happened to me... and it scared the shit out of me! Also the part of the girl being killed upstairs from my friend and the cops with pics. In fact all of the people are real except the judge!
So far, it's a good read. I'm on Chapter XI of Part 2, and except for the [spoiler deleted] scene, it reads more like a thriller than a straight horror.

That detective story was so bad... I quit writing half way through lol! More than a horror story I wanted to do a study of evil. Like I say- if you want a good horror story, watch the news!
