RE: Could this be why the leftists want Islam everywhere, and why they will let no one challenge the actions of Muslims?
Hi @dwinblood - I just found you in my list - wondered how your health is? As a result of that post that you put up some months back, I did the Master Cleanse and got off meat, dairy, sugar and caffeine. I slowly moved back so that now I am eating a little sugar and caffeine but still no meat or dairy although I admit I slipped a couple of times. I feel a lot better. How are you doing?
Thanks for asking. I am doing better a little bit at a time. I've been on a self imposed low sodium diet since then. I am on Lisinopril medication at the moment as my blood pressure was dangerously high and waiting with how high it was and how sustained high it was was a risk not worth taking.
So my diet is self imposed and not required due to the medication, but I do it to hopefully get back to a state where I no longer need it.
I have some caffeine, I eat very little sugar. If I each much sugar I feel exhausted later in the day and have to take a nap, so I avoid it.
I bought a fitbit and have been doing more and more walking every day. I am starting to feel better that way too. The most I've walked in a single day since then has been 7 miles, and I only did that once. I've gotten around 4 miles a few times, and I am generally more than 2 miles per day and increasing that.
Many people at my job decided to get fitbits as we all work from home, and we challenge each other. This is pretty neat as several times it has forced me to go just that extra little bit to pass someone else.
So hopefully I am on the path to doing better. I think I am.
Great!!! Glad to hear it. I am doing calisthenics in my apartment daily myself- and working at my bffs ranch in the weekend... we’ll get ourselves back in shape!!! Yea!!!
