Indictment Unsealed: Could Spell Big Trouble For HRC and Friends

The wheels of justice turn slow, but it looks like they may finally be beginning to turn. On February 16th of this year a sealed Grand Jury indictment was drawn up and delivered to the U.S. District Court of Northern New York, Atty. Gen. Jeff Sessions and Sen. Charles Grassley on the 20th(see link at end for complete indictment). This indictment was recently unsealed and it looks like some notable people could be in big trouble. The 24 page indictment names (in order) as defendants, Hillary Clinton, Harry Reid, Bureau of Land Management Special Agent in Charge Daniel Love, Atty. Gen. Loretta Lynch, FBI Director James Comey, Oregon Gov. Katherine Brown and many others including FBI agents, Judges and Magistrates, US Attys. and state and local law enforcement.
The charges include...
RICO
~ Murder, wrongful prosecution, abuse of power & subversion
~ 18 USC 241 Conspiracy against rights resulting in death- "We seek the death penalty."
~ 18 USC 242 Deprivation of rights- "death penalty."
~ 18 USC 1001 Falsifying and concealing evidence.
~ 2 Counts 42 USC (1983 & 1986) Civil actions demanding compensation
~ 18 USC 1117 Conspiring to commit murder- "death penalty."
~ 18 USC 1117 Murder- "death penalty."
~ 18 USC 2331 Domestic terrorism
The indictment goes on to say [I paraphrase] "We the People charge Hillary Rodham Clinton and Harry Reid with conspiring to sell the People's uranium and to use or sell the People's land to foreign states or entities... and co-conspiring with Atty. Gen. Loretta Lynch and FBI Dir. Comey to stop the peaceful demonstration that was exposing their acts of RICO and subversion." This might give some impetus to the Uranium investigation... or not.
I'm no expert on Common Law and this was a Common Law Grand Jury. I don't know for certain just how much teeth an indictment of this sort actually has. I think a lot of it will be up to Atty. Gen. Jeff Sessions. From what I gather reading through the indictment, they seem to have cited the proper SCOTUS cases. If Sessions fails to go through with this case it will show that he's likely a part of the Deep State. Another interesting element appears on the bottom of page 5 of the indictment where it charges "numerous John/Jane Doe(s), from multiple agencies... and NGO Contractors..." From what I gather reading this these are some of the actual shooters. I'm curious what NGO's were involved.
From where I sit this will be a test of Jeff Sessions integrity and that of Qanon, who's been pushing to "trust Sessions," all along.
If this is the same document referenced elsewhere today, I believe it isn't an actual indictment.

Per the post I linked, it seems to not be an indictment in criminal court. There is a number to call to verify the status of the particular document with the specific court.
I had a bad feeling from the beginning- "If something sounds too good to be true..." This whole Common Law Grand Jury deal sounds fishy so I've been digging, and this is becoming less and less likely. Why file in NY if the crimes were on the west coast???
Common law grand jury's are a thing, but we have been led to believe they are not..(same in UK, common law)
Getting people to understand them as valid instruments outside of government control, is the issue..
That's what I've been reading. I think that if a judge in one of the people that is in the "not" crowd, he will probably dismiss the case.
It's the same way jury nullification is a thing, but because of the power it holds - people have been prevented about even talking to the jury about it in a trial, by the judges.

Maybe... I'm still skeptical of Common Law Grand Juries- I've never heard of that before.
The only lawsuit I can find against Hillary at the is point is the CDP accusing the FEC of not investigation Hillary's campaign and the DNC for laundering $84 million:

This was filed on 4/16 and ignored by the press. On 4/20 we learned that the DNC was suing the Trump campaign for "Russia, Wikileaks collusion" and attempted damaging of Hillary. The DNC lawsuit couldn't be ignored. This is the leftist tactic to bury Hillary's crimes.
Looks like this may not be on the up and up... Something felt funny when I got to the part about a Common Law Grand Jury- I never heard of that before. I kinda figured it would be up to Sessions whether or not to move on it.
If the unsealed indictment is true and Sessions does not move on it, Sessions is definitely a problem.
I highly doubt it, unfortunately. Not only is MSM on her side, but government officials are never (or hardly) prosecuted
I'm not holding my breath on this, I doubt that a Common Law Grand Jury actually has any actual authority... I've been reading up on it. Having disclosed the info to the proper authorities, it's now up to them to act so I'm not looking for anything to happen... Just wishful thinking.

So do I but I've been digging into the Common Law Grand Juries and the whole thing looks pretty shaky. Also, something else has been bugging me- these crimes were committed in Ore. Utah and Nev. Why file a case in NY???
Lets hope to hell this goes somewhere. This Govt. needs to be reined in and people held accountable.
