Do not interrogate your children forever. Do not ask, what do you do? where were you? And..
Because if your children are distrustful of you, they will work secretly and they will not tell you about their various issues.

Wisdom right there. Parents should find smart ways to extract the information they need without interrogating their children, and after a while the children may naturally be comfortable enough to donate information. win - win. The only side effect I see of this policy is the children ( without being interrogated growing up) will likely not coop well, maybe even crap their pants when interrogated by the District Attorney (in the future if they run into one).
