Since intuition is such a big part of my life, one would think that it's spiritual "
brother meditation would be as well. Alas, I have never been able to "quiet the mind" long enough, and admire those who can.
I read that its a common issue with people just starting out in meditation. So I look forward to you sharing your meditative journey with us.

Hey! Thanks for the welcome. Intuition is my guiding light at each and every breath. When the mind is quiet, only intuition shines through. The quieter the mind, the deeper connection. As Lao Tze says, "When nothing is done, nothing is left undone." Meaning, when we flow with life ("follow our intuition"), it unfolds perfectly for us. Hope to see ya around!
